My skin background :- redness, acne-prone, large pores & combo skin (T-Zone Oily, U-Zone DeHydrate)
Redness has been haunting me since I was born. When small, consider 'ang geh' in hokkien but once I reached puberty, nightmare begun. People will find my redness obvious to be taken as a topic plus I had breakouts everywhere and later in my 20s', I started to have acne-prone skin. Ever since my delivery of my first born son, my skin has changed GREATLY. I still have light redness, no more pimples but if I do use wrong products may cause acne/pimples to form. Sebum secretion is another issue as well. Suitable products will work meaning will decrease my active glands, however, non suitable products will cause my skin to produce more oil which resulted clog pores and eventually breakouts due to inflammation from bacteria causing agents.
Fast forward to Burt's Bees. I just bought 2 sets of skincare each from The FaceShop & Etude House within a short period and usually will buy new products when some of the items are finish. Not in this case. Because there was an offer happening on Burt's Bees Facebook. BB Malaysia was giving out free samples on Eye Cream White Daisy Xela which expired on 7th April 2014 (yesterday). Needless to say, I am a facial junky person so I went to redeem mine and was given 4 pcs. Requirement was I need to purchase a face care product to entitle for the redemption. I checked out reviews blogs on BB, I found that not many blogs are on it. In the end, I was only interested to try its' Sensitive Line. Years ago, I tried its' Blemish line which I did not find it good on me. Next, during my pregnancy I tried it's body lotion and once again not satisfying. Then I realized BB is only famous for its' lip balm/lip care range than skincare and bodycare line. If I was not wrong, I remembered I even bought its' tinted lip balm also years ago but was not satisfied as well. So, yesterday was my 4th time going back to this brand just because I want to redeem its' offer :)
Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream - Why I bought it? Besides, I need it for redemption, is also because it claimed to be very effective on eczema, redness and acne prone skin. These are only part of the list. You can go to its' official website to read more. Only then I realize if one skin easily breakouts is considered one type of sensitive skin. No wonder, people recommend me acne care line always make my skin worse by more dry, dehydrates and make my redness even worse. Then if people recommend me hydrating line, well soothing enough but not helping on pimples and oiliness. After reading this, I realize I may be categorized under Sensitive but in the market there are not much brands that are generating Sensitive Line. I started using this last evening, night and this morning. Yes, I cleanse face 3 times a day - morning, after work and night. I do not give this high hope due to past experience. So, caught me real off guard when I started this. Evening - control sebum very effectively. Not oily, just nice secretion to give me comfortable healthy glow. No Redness. I was amazed as well as shocked to find my skin no redness at all on my first application. I did not know why last evening my skin had hot flush (feels hot), upon application, just soothe and sizzle down the temperature. It contains rice extracts - moisturizing and whiten effects, cotton extracts - sustain moisture and shield skin from potential irritants and Aloe - soothing. Fragrance free and is dermatologist tested. Best of all NATURAL. Many products claim to help on redness but not working on me. No breakouts is already a big step of gratitude to me needless to say no redness at all. Overnight, I woke up with dewy skin and again no redness at all. I think it gives good respond to my sebum secretion epidermis layer, hehehe..as my skin not oily at all just sufficient oil to give me healthy glow in the morning, overnight in air-condition room. MY BIGGEST BREAKTHROUGH - I applied this after my toner this morning then proceed with my left over Eminence SunScreen then pat some powder over it. Until now, I still do not need to blot my face. Not oily and yet not dry at the same time. The beautiful thing is no redness!!!! OMG, I cannot believe is working so beautifully on me.That is why I give my header the simple me as I am not on heavy makeup today. The powder I use is Etude House powder which on my last blogs on it, I stated that it cannot control sebum and will be cakey when face is oily. Now, boost BB Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream even more. My skin now is glowy but not oily, no tight or dehydrate feeling but very comfortable and I still have not seen any redness appearing yet. Simply the best cream ever!! I highly recommend this to sensitive skin people. Come in pump round bottle. White lotion cream consistency. 1 pump for face & neck or half pump for face. After absorb, feel a layer veil over my skin but rest assured not burden or annoying. Although the brand claims to be not expensive, but I personally think is moderate as the size is not big and cost me around RM120.00. If use twice to thrice times a day, may finish up pretty soon.
I was told by the shop assistant that it can be used on AM/PM or I can use Sensitive Night Cream for PM. The night cream can also be used on AM. Is actually depends on our skin. Commonly,Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream is meant for prevention and Night Cream is meant for repairing during our sleep time. The functions are totally 2 different types. Of course, Night cream will be thicker consistency than daily cream and it comes in a tub/jar. I may get its' night cream when I have extra money after paying off my credit card debts first :)
Tinted Lip Balm - Is moisturizing to my crack lips. At the same time give me some color that does not stain my tumbler/cup :) So, I do not need to worry to re-touch up after my meal and also to clean my tumbler for every sip I take. I bought Hibiscus color name. I intend to get a red color lipstick so now I got this and pretty much love it. Is kind of enhance my red lips and yet is only tinted balm which will not give away the pigment color when wipe off. I cannot remember why I had issue with its' lip balm before but let's talk of future than linger on past, right? :)
I bought Lip balm for my son in mango flavour and he loves it too :) Now, he tells me his lips is dry, need lip balm. hehehe. I also bought my son body wash from BB. Have not use yet though.
All products claim to be Natural and best suited for irritated skin very well. On this purchase and trial, I love it!! Thank goodness to my greediness, now I give this brand another shot of chance. Will give another updates review on this after 3 weeks trial. Stay Tune!

UPDATES: The Faceshop & Etude House
Before moving on to a new brand, hehehehe...Behold ya :) Let me put a period on these 2 brands. I formally announced that The Faceshop Long Wearing SPF45 is not working on me. Because it gave me breakouts. So, I can confirm not suitable to pimples prone and large pores with active sebum skin. When I first used it which I blogged about did mention it broke me out. After stopping to try out EH skincare, showed sign of recovering without new ones popping out. Then few days ago, I started back my Faceshop skincare, and pimples were popping out again.
The Faceshop skincare is more hydrating than EH. On the other hand, EH skincare is more moisturizing than The Faceshop. Sticking on either 1 single brand for 3 weeks onwards, the effectiveness level is depleting. My testimonial on both skincare was at least 2 weeks onward with continuous daily used. As to what products I tested, please read my previous blogs with the header of the brand name.
After using EH Moistful Collagen First Essence for a week and so, tiny white bumps appearing and eventually 1-2 pimples pop out. So, now on off I use it on my neck and arms only. Like I said, I need to finish it off anyways, otherwise, waste my money :) The Faceshop products I bought not oily so when my skin is down, I can come back for some light regime. Light regime for a period of time will cause me dry skin, then I will alternate to EH products that I bought which is oilier consistency.
In short, depends on my that day skin - to finish off the products. If you are on natural products, I think you will like The Faceshop as it claimed to be natural and Etude House not focusing on natural that much. I do not recommend both brands for Sensitive Skin people. Please proceed to my following review to know why.

Sisley & Herbal Himalaya
One is of very high end skincare brand VS economical brand. Sisley is from Paris while Himalaya originates from India. I spent too much on skincare for my beauty blogging purpose that I was kind of broke. hehehe... So I purchased Himalaya for trial. I bought Neem Wash, Moisturizing Lotion & Neem Mask. All for pimples prone skin. I suffered some hormones imbalance which resulted of sudden breakouts. I am still using Neem Wash - not that it is good but because I need to finish it off, otherwise, waste my money. I have been throwing or giving away my beauty stash that do not work out for me, hence, I do not want to throw my money into the drain. Other than feeling dry after cleanse, I do not see any help on preventing pimples from happening because on off still have small pimples popping. So, I presumed not exactly work out as stated. It is green gel consistency.
Moisturizing Lotion - One of the worst Lotion I ever put on face. I actually ventured into this brand is because of an article in the newspapers promoting its' Cream. Forgot its' name but if not mistaken is all purpose cream for face and body. In reviews and also the shop assistant did mention a similarity of this cream is very good on cold weather. Since this brand is from India, I thought will work quite good on me plus cheapo as Malaysia shares pretty much same weather as India. Alas, the lotion not only not moisturizing enough, it also makes my sebum super-ly active. Less than an hour, my face was covered with a layer of greasy oil. Nevertheless, it absorbs pretty face during application leaving no stickiness behind. I only used this once and the whole bottle now is in my dresser waiting to be executed :)
Neem Mask - As stated, Neem is pimples prevention so I bought it thinking to replace my H2O+ mud mask which is on its' way finishing. I had used this mask a few times but not regular hence, still have a full tube. Is in yellowish paste. Consider an alternative because it works as stated although I am not very fond of it. As the other 2 items were quite disappointing which made me no interest in this brand at all. Can always seek other brands on Mud Mask type. No doubt, it can counter already popped out pimples by reducing the zits size but compare to Etude House Clay Mask & H2O+ Mud Mask, it is still behind them.
Sisley Ecological Compound - Cost me RM650.00. Why I bought it? A friend of mine highly recommend this to me which she has been using for sometimes now. Is a moisturizer or as booster on its' own. Highly fragrance which I detest as I am a sinus person and I hate strong smell. I only used this 2-3 times before I use it as my body lotion. I am not going to waste this as it costs me a bomb and I bought it when I was deeply broke :) Just because I could not resist to hold till my next salary pay. Which I am highly regretted!! Texture is white lotion but of oilier consistency because essential oil is added. Half pump is already sufficient for combo or oily face, full pump for dry skin. I cannot tell of its' effectiveness due to I only used this 2-3 times. No breakouts and moisturizing during the times I used. Easily absorbs after spread and massaged it into the skin.
Not working out so no re-purchasing that I think is worth it unless one is really satisfied and also skin is truely responding well upon application. Which resulted me checking out The Faceshop & Etude House. Can read my blogs on these 2 korean brands which I had already posted end of Mar and early Apr 2014.

K-Beauty : Concentrated Reviews on Etude House Products - Makeup
Let's move on to EH Makeup.
Face Conditioning Cream Yay!! I finally landed my hand on this. They re-stock, so I quickly grabbed it up before it runs out again. With the raving, yup!! The best cream ever. Amazing I would say. I tried 2 ways. 1st - apply after toner then proceed with CC Silky Cream then pat some powder over. 2nd - apply after moisturizer then CC Silky Cream and lastly powder. Both give me good makeup adherence which means lasting. Skin tone definitely even out and skin is moist and plumped. Even when after removing at the end of the day, my skin is comfortably supple. As stated, it is skincare cum primer. Comes in tube. White cream but very easily spread over face. No cakey instead after a few seconds of application, skin transforms to healthy and supple. Can use on its' own or layer your makeup over. Definitely moisturizing to skin so one does not need to worry if use without moisturizer. Both my attempts ended pretty much the same. I do not feel dehydrate. A very good primer, makes makeup alot more prettier :) Without using this, CC Silky + Powder, in my last blog I did mention not very satisfying compare to The Faceshop Powder. After using the infamous face cream, EH CC Silky + Powder have become amazing result. Appearance smooth and supple and healthy and the best part is looks natural as with my neck tone. Not heavy but comfortably and at times I am totally forgot I actually put make up on :) Blek! Oh ya, with this FCC, makeup amount greatly reduced. Previously, I use 1 pump CC and a few times of powder pat. When in use with this, Half pump is already sufficient and 2 times of powder pat for full face. It is SPF 30 and promise of several goodness of skincare and one of them is Anti-wrinkle. Ratings: 5/5 (Star Product)
CC Silky Cream Comes in tube but the cap is pump type instead of squeeze out. White liquid consistency with greyish sparkle dots. After blend will match our skin tone. Silky is meant for oily skin because after sebum secretion will make it looks dewy and radiant. CC Bright is meant for dry skin as it will brighten up dull skin. If use on its' own, I may not re-purchase as it is not exceptionally good. I can always seek other brands. Before I got FCC, I actually put this away from my stash. But now, I am using it quite regularly. With FCC, can go without powder but because I do not like stickiness (do not get me wrong, it is not sticky as in liquid foundation or what, just I prefer matte powdery finishing) so I always layer a thin layer of powder as finishing. With FCC, the adherence is superb and skin tone is amazingly even out, making my skin looks so much healthily brighten. Importantly, natural finishing. Light makeup with small coverage but does a good job on even out skin tone though. SPF 30. Ratings : 3.5/5 (only because it needs FCC to boost the performance)
Foundation Powder It stands out than The Faceshop Powder in terms of matching skin tone with me. Remember in my previous blog, I mentioned that The Faceshop lightest color makes me whitish but with EH powder in lightest tone is superbly match mine. Can pass as natural finish and is comfortably light. Where as in The Faceshop Powder, it always gives me ticklish nostrils and sneezing as I am a sinus person. So I presumed, EH powder particles are much more fine than The Faceshop and also not thick as in The Faceshop too. Without FCC, after sebum secretion will make it looks cakey abit even when use it over CC cream. That is why I minus some points on its' CC + Powder. The only thing I like is match my skin tone very well and light feeling. I do not feel like I actually putting powder makeup on face. Added bonus. I do like to use it as finishing powder though. I have not tried using it alone or alone after FCC. If I do try, I will update my blog. I do not remember whether its' powder comes in SPF. Maybe not. But it definitely comes in a lovely pink plastic pact. Ratings: 5/5
All above has no choking fragrance. No scent I would say, if there is, is only lightly which does not linger. The products are light on skin which I do not feel heavy or burden my skin and yet effective because I quite like the outcome which makes me look natural with minimal makeup. It is so lightly that can pass that I have natural good skin especially the Face Conditioning Cream. It is indeed does the whole wonder thing on my skin. Covers up pores quite well meaning visibly shrunk/tighten. Whoever long for healthy natural skin, FCC is the product you need to add into your regime. As makeup junky, FCC also a must have as it gives good adherence that leaves skin look smooth. The products above claim to control sebum but to me is only so-so. I still need to blot my face once a day. Still can see shiny oil secretion when noon comes. That is why I blot it. hehehe...On cooler days like rainy, sebum is quite obedient. On the other hand, on hot sunny days, sebum is naughty :)
Conclusion: Re-purchasing will depend greatly on FCC. If I re-purchase FCC then I will very likely re-purchase CC + Powder. As I do not like to mix and match different brands. I have yet to try powder itself on FCC, if it works well too, I will highly drop off CC cream. FCC is definitely on my re-purchase list as on a rush days, I can only use this and save on moisturizer and sunblock. Powder is in my re-purchase list as well because EH powder tone matches mine perfectly and is of fine powder. All in all, after blot, appearance is back to powdery matte finishing. No doubt, FCC can make me looks much more dewy and radiant. Usually if I have to blot, it is evening hours not noon.
Precious Mineral Any Cushion With this, I can omit all above steps. LOLX...I am serious. Although FCC is the rave but depends on what kind of outcome one chooses. For my very personal experience, Any Cushion is thicker than above applications even though 3 layers of products. But Any Cushion saves ALOT ALOT of time. A superb item for rush working women. I cannot use Laneige BB Cushion. I tried twice, both gave me breakout and clogged pores after single use!! So, it gives me some time to gather some courage to try this Any Cushion. Laneige has strong scent but not EH. This is not as thick as Laneige BB Cushion. It has SPF50. In my previous blogs I mentioned sunblock above 30 always gives my skin breakout or un-breathable but Any Cushion does not break me out after a few days trial. Upon application is cooling and gives medium-high coverage. I do not have issue on coverage as I am quite pleased with my skin in recent years ( I have to note here because in my younger days I have very bad skin than now, some readers may find my reviews not matching as to why sometimes I am good sometimes I am of bad skin. If confusing occurs, please kindly review my older blogs) Conclusion: I only apply single layer and is more than enough. Smooth and radiant and definite dewy. Sebum wise is also so-so, need to blot once a day. The one I got is new packing than the old one - used to be pink but now the casing is in pearly white. Cost me RM>100, maybe RM101.90 and I do not know how long can it last but I suspect with frequent use may not last long as well. Kind of expesive. It is cheaper if you look at another angle where you save on sunblock, primer/base, and foundation. And yes, it matches my skin tone very well and makes my feature sharper too!! Will re-purchase. Precious Mineral Any Cushion With this, I can omit all above steps. LOLX...I am serious. Although FCC is the rave but depends on what kind of outcome one chooses. For my very personal experience, Any Cushion is thicker than above applications even though 3 layers of products. But Any Cushion saves ALOT ALOT of time. A superb item for rush working women. I cannot use Laneige BB Cushion. I tried twice, both gave me breakout and clogged pores after single use!! So, it gives me some time to gather some courage to try this Any Cushion. Laneige has strong scent but not EH. This is not as thick as Laneige BB Cushion. It has SPF50. In my previous blogs I mentioned sunblock above 30 always gives my skin breakout or un-breathable but Any Cushion does not break me out after a few days trial. Upon application is cooling and gives medium-high coverage. I do not have issue on coverage as I am quite pleased with my skin in recent years ( I have to note here because in my younger days I have very bad skin than now, some readers may find my reviews not matching as to why sometimes I am good sometimes I am of bad skin. If confusing occurs, please kindly review my older blogs) Conclusion: I only apply single layer and is more than enough. Smooth and radiant and definite dewy. Sebum wise is also so-so, need to blot once a day. The one I got is new packing than the old one - used to be pink but now the casing is in pearly white. Cost me RM>100, maybe RM101.90 and I do not know how long can it last but I suspect with frequent use may not last long as well. Kind of expesive. It is cheaper if you look at another angle where you save on sunblock, primer/base, and foundation. And yes, it matches my skin tone very well and makes my feature sharper too!! Will re-purchase. Hi to all lovely princesses, thanks for visiting my blogs, in a way it gives me motivation to get new products to try out and blog about it :) Like I promised that I would review more in-depth on EH products after weeks of trial and now I am in my 3rd week using. On EH Buy 1 Free 1 Program days, I went back to RE-STOCK..yes, you read it right, I am restocking on Moistful Collagen Cream, Blackhead Remover Dual Sheets and purchase NEW products as well.
Moistful Collagen Cream I am still using it as PM moisturizer. Loving it as it gives enough moisture and plump up my skin very effectively. I love the next morning hydrating firm skin. Hydrate as in no redness and no overly active sebum - woke up with abit shiny face, oil level not much being produced but it makes skin looks dewy instead. I use around RM0.20 coin size (yes more than the legendary pea size), warm it up in between my fingers and apply from down to upward. Warm my palm and pat face for better absorption. No sticky/greasy after feel. Since the one I am using is mini jar so I went back to get the original size (not jumbo size, is only slightly bigger jar than mini jar size and is in plastic instead of glass) that came with small sample size of Moistful First Essence in plastic bottle. If all proceed well, my next purchase will be in Jumbo :)
Moistful First Essence This is FREE to me due to the program. Is in ORIGINAL FULL SIZE. Comes in glass bottle. I put it in my bathroom, after out from my fresh bath, towel dry, I will then pour 2-3 drops and pat all over my face and neck. Texture wise is transparent serum like as it is abit oily instead of water consistency. Skin instantly hydrates and when fully absorb, skin is smooth and supply. I am back using First Essence (for the past, I used Sulwhasoo First Essence, also the first brand intro this to me which I love it alot as I found when using this step, my skin has less tendency to have problems especially for my dehydrate skin. Sort of telling my skin to produce less sebum as my skin layer is moist enough, hence, less clogging and breakout)
Wonder Pore Freshner Yes Yes, I bought it!! All right, with all that raving, I must agree it is indeed a wonderful toner for problematic skin such as large pores, pimples prone and sebum issue. Comes in blue transparent plastic bottle (small bottle is normal pour out cap, 500ml comes in a unique press pump type, like the one in nail salon is using). I have both! I only use it PM as I prefer to have well cleansed skin before bed. It is drying so need moisturizer after using it. Also a reason why I only use it once. Maybe it is very suitable to use twice for Oily skin but not Combo skin. But it keeps skin fresh and clean feel after wiping with cotton. Water consistency with not much scent. I do not remember of any scent that lingers or can make me choke :) Definite a sebum controlled toner. Skin clearer as impurities are removed and less clogging can happen which makes skin smoother. Smoother also can be meant pores are not expanded by impurities. Large Pores can never be shrunk but by keeping the 'pocket' clean can make the pores visibly smaller and prevent more sagging (getting larger). During AM, I am still using Skin MalGem Smoother which has better moist to keep my skin moisturized during day. It is oily serum type cum liquidity so is also a boost to skin.
Wonder Pore Corrector It is like Laneige Pore Care Essence and Skinfood Egg Pore care T-Zone & U-Zone Gel. All comes to same function. That is keep problem away from pores concern. I do not know what the scientific words use to describe the things build up in the pores that cause clogging and eventually breakout and also cause larger pores. I remember I love Laneige & Skinfood mentioned above products because when I was in use, I had less black/whitehead, skin felt smooth and clean which pimples had no chance of growing :) So, I am back in using it. The difference is the packaging, EH comes in blue tube with steel applicator and the hole is in the middle of the applicator. The only drawback is unhygienic - come out that hole, need to roll on nose areas till absorb. I always keep my Wonder Pore Freshner after used cotton to wipe the applicator before storing. Same texture as above. White gel like consistency. Along with applicator, during application is cooling, pores are visibly tighter. After all absorb, skin is smooth. Before using this, for the past months, I have some pimples popping around my nose area, eventhough not severe but frequent compare to younger days. After using, now my nose areas are clean and clear.
Wonder Pore Clay Mask I did not buy yet as I still have H2O+ Mud mask. It was give to me as samples. I love love it soooooooo much. It is such an honest result as it claims to be. Thumbs Up! Gentle and yet very effective. H2O+ mud mask gives tingling and watery eyes, although both gives same outcome. EH Clay mask gives no tingling or water eyes, just feel comfortable and VOILA! pimples immediately shrunk and bye bye the next day. Skin is definitely clean and fresh but NOT TIGHT as in H2O+. The texture is rubbery white greyish paste, easily spread and easily remove. When dry up, skin is not tight just comfy like wash off mask whereby H2O+ Mud mask makes skin very tight feel when dries up. EH does not harden when dry but H2O+ harden when dry. Conclusion, Wonder Pore Clay Mask is a must have to prevent pimples and impurities clogging pores.

I never use whitening or brightening products in my entire life as I find it very strong on skin as in bleaching type. My mom has been using Kose Whitening range for almost 20 years and the outcome is actually thinning our skin to appear brighter and whiten skin so was told my dermatologist. Therefore, she now suffers severe eczema. She has since recovered but she can no longer use skincare products. Only sticking to allergy medic and Doc face wash & cream. When her skin recovered, she tried a few brands but all ended up causing eczema. Lesson learnt here is when skin runs out of protection veil, no matter what you apply, it will not work. But because I have some pimples scar on my chin, that makes an excuse for me to try. Blek! In my previous post I mentioned I had minor ops and soon after my chin breakouts. But already recover just the scar takes time. I will not re-purchase this though. Is not because it is not good. It has strong fragrance which I detest. I have sinus and allergy nose. Comes in white glass bottle. Texture typical white solution emulsion. Outcome is quite good in terms of brighten up my skin and it is indeed moistful. AM/PM is applicable. But I always layer either Aloe/Collagen cream after it for extra moisture/hydration. To me, old age is catching up, my skin tends to be on drier end although my sebum/acne prone is quite a nuisance at times, so I give it a shot to apply dual moisturizer and the outcome is no breakout. Thank God :) Of course I use pea size cream instead of coin size. I do not use it daily though. My personal though is by using scrub, clay mask and loads of sheet masks, can also help to speed up scar recovery hence, another reason not to re-purchase. I see improvement on scar healing despite me not using it daily.
Blackhead Removal Dual Sheet AAaahh...why I re-purchase it while my last blog I was so disappointed with it? hehehe...Like I said I went back to the girl to enquire on how to use. I was told to put Step 1 the moist cotton nose shape sheet on dry clean nose for 15mins, remove then use cotton bud to roll off the impurities that comes off then use Step 2 remove the plastic cover then use the sticky side on nose for tightening purpose. This is not the same as typical stick and pull off type. Not many will like it though. Is a nuisance to use this but very effective and non aggression to skin comparatively to stick and pull which pull out our facial hair. I need to squeeze out after Step 1 but trust me the impurities are easily coming out, hence, gentle on skin. Indeed VERY CLEAN. Everything just comes off!! Effective than stick & pull as sometimes not all can be pulled out. Nose instantly soft and smooth due to unclogging. After Step 2, pores are tighten up. Tighten effect is immediate on first use. So, make me re-purchased it. Lasting effect as been days after using, my nose areas is still soft and smooth. Before using EH, my skin is abit rough and triggers me to buy nose strips. But now, I only use this when necessary as until now my nose still smooth. No more rough. With combination of above products into my regime, I can say it works very well on me. Another bonus is no itchy tingling skin like pull off strip does.
Aloe & Pearl White Sheet Masks I simply love these 2 sheets...they have A-Z sheet masks and I tried these 2 so far. Buy 2 Free 1 - so I stock up 3pcs each. I am going to try Lemon sheet mask and others next time. Unlike typical sheet mask, this comes with 1 side smooth and soft to adhere on skin and another side abit rough. I use it after clay mask. So, I do not know is it because dry so my skin drinks up every bit of the essence or because its' formula is very fine molecule for skin to absorb well. At the end of 15mins, the sheet is dry and patting and massaging the remains on my skin also absorb pretty well fast. No waste at all! Usually sheet mask in my past experience, sheet is always moist when remove and my skin cannot absorb all that remains. Which makes me love EH sheet mask now. Definite re-stocking! Aloe is indeed soothing and Pearl White really brighten up my skin. Both has cooling feeling which added bonus for relaxation at night :)
Pomegranate Massage Scrub It has other fruits name but I tried this. The girl said since I am looking for lightening scar. I do not see any effect. So far, I used once and it comes in 2 sachets. Scrub beads are not much, the beads are very fine and comes with white lotion cream type. Non aggression to skin especially sensitive skin. Compare to typical scrub that comes with more beads or chunky beads, this is the gentle type. But skin is smoother though. Like I said, maybe of the combination above that makes my skin now clearer and less problems and much healthier from my post-ops. It does not dry up skin as well after use. My pas experience with typical scrub will make my skin dry and red but not with this.
Conclusion: Very satisfying experience with Etude House products as all comes in lovely packaging :) Very sweet and feminine. I just love to add those items on my girly dresser. Plus, is effective on me so I am giving it 5/5 for skincare. So far, no breakout. In fact heal me from my post-op skin. Although not overnight, I believe continuous use will make me on the right track to healthier glowing skin. After Skinfood, Etude House is another thumbs up products for me. Price wise, hhmmm...not very cheap neither expensive. Due to come in small packaging, makes it expensive. Eg. Moistful Collagen Cream, a small tub cost me RM101.90.
