This will be my last blog for year 2013 as I will be away for the Christmas season :) So, I hope everyone has an awesome X'mas celebration and let's together joying into year 2014!
Eminence is an Hungarian brand since year 1958. In Malaysia, sole distributor is My Beauty Cottage (MBC). I am lucky to have it in Malaysia shore and my deeply gratitude to MBC for introducing this magical and PURE skincare line. In KL, have 2 shops and in PG have 1 shop at Paragon Mall. Jurlique has no travel size for me so I checked out MBC which located opposite Jurlique shop. Till this day, I thank God for directing me to walk into this shop to enquire about Eminence products. The shop is captivating like English Cottage Style - which all girls find it lovely and will walk into the shop :)
First thing I noticed when I walked into the shop was I was being greeted with a very warmth welcome from the beautician/s. Very friendly I would say so. Next, would be the MEGA Pricing!! OMG!! Very expensive ranging RM200 over till RM400 over per bottle/jar. At least at Jurlique, the minimum is RM100 over for cleansers. Since, I had wrecked up my bill with Jurlique products and facials, so I asked for travel/trial set. Oh my my...they do have :) So, I bought 1 trial set for normal skin - cleanser, exfoliating, masque, day cream, night cream. All in small cute jar. Put into a wooden box!! All these at the cost of RM238. Do not fret, the products are worth their prices. DEFINITELY WORTH IT!! You may ask WHY? Because it contains full pure organic ingredients which they have their own farm growing them. Good for the environment as no harsh ingredients plus for every product that is being sold, they will plant a tree. As a proof, the beautician turned a masque jar upside down without the cap on - no dripping, no sliding away - it just stay put..intact..solid...All you need is a peasize of the product and dilute it with a few drops of water before you blend it and apply on face. If prefer thicker layer, can apply without emulsify with water. So the products actually is lasting and most important of all, it is pure ingredients without pre-emulsified. That is why when using need a few drops of water. Usually, I will spray 1-2 pumps of my toner mist onto my moisturizer instead of using tap water. For exfoliant and masque, I will use tap water. I was recommended Stone Crop gel wash, toning mist and masque. Which I love them all especially masque. I cannot go without it and I am in the midst of finishing my jar of masque.
The con for gel wash is no bubble and no foam or whatever..so I am not that used to it yet. But was told it is very gentle for skin eventhough I feel nothing. I do not need to fret as it cleanses well plus if I am worried, I can rub a lil longer. I am deeply in love with the day and night cream. Because when I ventured into this brand, that particular day was my 2nd facial with Jurlique. The MBC beautician saw my bare bruised face and dry skin which allow her to recommend me most suitable products to me. She already recommended me my suitable products on Day 1 comparatively to Jurlique beautician which resulted me wasting my money on unsuitable products. So, I started Eminence on that very same day I purchased..Instantly, my skin moisture PH being balanced up and redness reduce greatly the next morning when I woke up. Happily without dry-ness and tightness anymore. That was how it captivates my heart :) Since, then I have diligently using Eminence day and night with once a week scrub and 3 times stone crop masque. Simple and fast!!Absorb fast too and does not leave greasiness and I think it hydrates well cause, I have less oil production. Finally, redness once again back to its' original at bay :) So far, no breakouts. Started this on 29th Nov 2013 until today.
Last week, I went back to get another trial set for Clear Skin, comes with a pouch - Probiotic cleanser, Probiotic Masque, Willow-Bark Booster Serum in droplet glass bottle, Probiotic moisturizer. This is targeting acne prone skin so it is too dry for my skin but is good for congested area plus once a while detox for my skin. I am not suppose to use this as my daily regime but once awhile when that time of the month comes :) You know what I meant :) But, I have been using the booster serum daily. Booster-serum can be used together with masque/moisturizer with 2-3 drops or use on its' own. I always use it along with my masque/moisturizer. I only can say that my skin is recovering fast from my congested skin after using L'occitane Divine range and also dry and tightness from Jurlique. Importantly, I do not need to worry what I put on my face - the products are amazing with natural smells of fruits and plants that give nutrients to my skin to fight against harsh environmental and also my lifestyle.
2 days ago I bought my very first original size product from MBC. It is called Tropical Vanilla Cream SPF 30. It is sunscreen, apply after moisturizer without the need of emulsifying. Honestly, it has vanilla smell so soft and calming. I just love it. Too good to be eaten :) For 60ml - RM438/jar. All right, I lavish and pamper myself :) 2 days ago was also my very first experience with Eminence facial spa. I LOVE IT!! Much better than Jurlique or anywhere else. Once again, it is PURE AND NATURAL. No machine involves!! All by hands with top grade Eminence products. I was welcomed with foot spa before proceed to facial. Organic means their concept is hygiene :) Need to clean your feet first before you lie down with their comforter over you. I am a frequent facial person and it does not occur to me what hides inside those sheets. When the therapist pointed out it may be unhygienic to have everyone's feet inside the sheets without changing the sheets daily. Besides foot massage, next head and neck massage then only the facial starts. While on masque, will have shoulder and back massage. The extraction was good as I do not feel pain. Was told very yellowish and black white/blackheads. She asked whether my sunscreen now is very oily or tinted type as products that are very oily to my skin will cause yellowish whiteheads. So, I invested on Eminence sunscreen. I am amazed with it. No oily plus stays matte almost whole days. Less oil production comparatively Clinique SPF40 Sunblock. Indeed is much more oilier as I need to blot my face twice when I am using it. Eminence sunscreen promises high hydration, must be working effectively as my skin produce lesser oil. For facial session, welcome with a cup of tea, end with a cup of tea and 3 slices of orange :) I felt calmed and relaxed and dozed off during my facial pampering :)
Always the first is BEST as sales gimmick. Will review again next year after my 2nd visit. My little beauty advice will be stick to pure and organic products - Skinfood the most economical, if you can afford please try out Eminence. I guarantee no regrets!! UPDATES** on Jurlique Products
A Merry Good Morning to everyone..festive season is getting closer now..like I promised before that I will blog on the progress of using Jurlique products. Shall we?! :)
My first purchase practically did not work for me as the moisturizer not hydrating enough for me. Caused me redness getting worse and dried flaky skin with very uncomfortable tightness. So, I went back to the shop to get consulted again. This time, I bought my 2nd purchase consisting :- Calendular Cream and Calendular Lotion. Cream would replace the lighter version of moisturizer which did not work on me and the Lotion was suppose to treat congested or pimples area by using cottonpad. I found the Lotion is working great on my skin as it de-congested my congested area..:) Plus, it helps on redness and sensitivity of skin. Barely a month, I had used up to half a bottle and it costed me RM200-300/btl. Cream comes in huge tube and since only use pea size, it made it cheaper than the Lotion as both around the same price. After shifting to Cream, my skin is much soothed from previous tightness and dry-ness.
BUT, I did not give this brand a second chance long enough..hehehe..being the itchy butt girl, I ventured into another brand which the shop is right opposite Jurlique shop, it is called EMINENCE (sole distributor: My Beauty Cottage in Malaysia). I will blog about Eminence in my next blog later.
Let's move on to Jurlique Facial Spa:- My first visit was relatively pampering and the outcome was refreshed and relaxed. However, on my 2nd visit, it was not that promising. First, on my very first visit, I had told the manageress that I did not like machine type of facial, preferably natural by hands but I did acknowledge on the Oxygen machine for my package. My first facial therapist did carefully on my fragile skin skillfully which resulted me non bruised and comfortable after-facial session. Eventhough dealing with the Oxygen machine, she kindly avoided on my eye areas plus kept a distance from my face. Practically I did not feel uneasy except abit of water dripping at the sides which she handled wisely.
On my 2nd visit, was handled by another therapist. The extraction part was horrible. Throughout my facial, the only thing that left me scarred was PAIN. I became phobia to it..hahaha..after the session, the therapist asked me how I felt..I told her 1 word - PAIN. She felt embarrassed and had the gut to tell me it was suppose to be like that because congested. I was even more congested when I came for my first visit, right???!!Anyways, she used UV light machine for antiseptic and anti-bacterial. I am not sure what that machine is called though. I told her, my first visit the therapist did not use this on me and I requested pure facial not machine. She responded me by saying "Oh is a must for antiseptic purposes. Today your skin is much more congested" Well, FINE..moved on to Oxygen machine, not only did she did it around my eyes, she actually use the thing very closely to my face as I felt the thing poking my skin on off basis. I found myself having breathing difficulties too. Maybe I am a sinus person so I feel uncomfortable. So, byebye to Jurlique facial.
Conclusion: The products are so-so to me. As I do not continue after around 2 weeks, I cannot give a better review to it except I wasted loads of money to seek the proper products on my skin since the manageress has poor knowledge on determine what products suit me or not. And the 2nd facial really scares me to hell! A very important note is I do not break out when using Jurlique products. But, I find it hassle because need several steps on daily regimen. At least, was what the manageress told me that I need to use - mist, lotion, moisturizer, essential oil (which need to prepare a small glass bowl of water and drip 1-2 drops of the oil and use a cottonpad to soak it before applying onto face), sunblock. I will prefer simple 3-steps than to preparing this and that :)

Fantastic Awesome Facial Spa Experience at JURLIQUE
Previously I mentioned on Kanebo Salon. Now, this is by far better than that :) It costs me a bomb as well for a session - RM320.00. Does it worth it?? YES!!
Jurlique is an Australian brand with 25 years history on nature ingredients. Once again, more or less like L'occitane & BOV where essential oils play a role in every of its' products. Depending on your skin condition/texture, the beautician will recommend appropriately. So, this facial package I bought is Firming with calendula which helps on soothing.
I was welcomed by a tranquil spa like room with wooden everywhere and essential oil smells plus dimly lit lighting. The feeling was like I was in a Balinese spa room :) I will not go into facial procedures as all facial is typical. What makes Jurlique outstanding with my years of facial from everywhere? Well........
My first time being introduced to Spa Ball - a very cold Balls come in a pair. The beautician will use them to massage my whole face over a spread of paste (not sure is a mask or something to go along with Spa Ball Massage). After this, a special sheet will spread over my face and collagen be dripped on it. Was told Collagen mask. Next also my first ever experience on infusing Oxygen gas over my face - spray type by a machine.
The facial started off with scalp massage then ended with shoulder massage PLUS legs massage. Usually, will end on shoulder massage but in Jurlique is a full detox and spa experience. Where starts with head and will end with toes :) After shoulder massage, beautician would wind up abit on upper bed - for circulation/flowing then she would massage legs.
A calming and most relaxing after a tiring day or stress. One should try out!! Highly recommended!! The facial did not leave me a bruised face but since was told congested with breakouts then obviously will have red dots on the squeezed parts. The next morning, I woke up with a calm face. Bruised was gone.
Needless to say, I bought a basic care from Jurlique which I just started. It will be my christmas blog :)

Review: Feedback on L'occitane Products & Slight Review on BOV Products
Barely a month ago I bought Divine range - Lotion & Cream; Immortelle Toner. I still continue using its' Roll on Eye gel which I find very effective on tired eyes and also help on blood circulation with the help of its' roller plus non sticky. BUT, I have entirely stopped using its' skincare that I had invested on. Costed me a bomb and wasted down the sea :( Toner so far is okay and I do not think it can have any bad reaction on my skin as it is fresh and water base. However, the Divine Lotion & Cream have bigger reaction on my lymph-nodes area. Like my previous postings on skincare, Anti-Aging products are usually not my type. Divine is an Anti-Aging formula with advance and much more smaller molecule and was told my skin may accept it. Alas, not in my case. Therefore, I have congested lymph-nodes.
TO THE RESCUE: like always....Skinfood to the rescue of my skin..LOL..yes!! you read it right, Skinfood!! But need awhile for the congested to become matured. Skinfood helps on calming my skin and prevent/stop from it becoming worse. At the same time, heal the congested.
There you go, I cannot review much on L'occitane as it does not work well on me. Moving on...
Blue Oak Valley (BOV)
It is a Malaysian company. Claimed to be fully organic, cruelty free, environment friendly with no chemical substance. Ingredients sourced globally and locally produced. Was introduced to me by a friend of mine who gave good review on it. So, I gave it a try a week ago - Organic Cleanser, Organic Toner, Organic Moisturizer for Oily skin, Anti-Aging Serum, Skin Tone Sunscreen & Scrub - got a free fruits mask.
Organic Cleanser - Is water based. Pour a few drops on palm and lather up before wash. No stripping and can wash quite cleanly. Was told if using its' sunscreen, no need double cleanse just wash once.
Organic Toner - Also water based. Pour a few drops on palm and pat all over face and neck. Easily absorb and control skin PH.
Moisturizer - One thing I do not like purchasing online products is cannot be well consulted. Is solely recommended on what you describe to the seller. Hence, she recommended me for Oily skin which does not work on me. Too dry for me. If apply Anti-aging serum before this moisturizer, can feel not that discomfort.
Anti-Aging Serum - Cannot review much on this except it gave me bumps appearing on my forehead. I suppose too potent for my skin. Stop using after a few attempts.
Skin Tone Sunscreen - Quite a good sunblock. Prevent sunburned since my skin prone to redness. So far, using this products have not caused me redness yet.
Exfoliating Scrub - This I like the most as it is fully scrub granules. Pinch abit on palm and add water before scrubbing face. Really remove whiteheads and blackheads well. Pores stay clean. Skin smoother.
Fruit Mask - I do not see neither feel any difference using this comparatively to Skinfood masks. I still think Skinfood wash off and sheetmask the best!!
BOV products have herbal smells.
I stopped using BOV entirely after a week when I visited Jurlique for facial appointment. Was told by beautician I have some breakouts/congested. Either the anti-aging serum is too potent to me or the cleanser directed by seller to wash once not well cleansed for my skin. Usually, for my skin - people advise to double cleanse at night before bed. But BOV said its' sunscreen has no synthetic so does not require double cleanse. Also, maybe left behind by L'ocittane Products that I had used before.

L'OCCITANE and Me :)
LOL..!! Don't get me wrong..I do not move on to L'occitane. It is just an ADD ON :) I just started a week ago on its' new re-formula DIVINE range. I was given free sample sachets of Divine series - Lotion, Serum & Cream. FYI, Divine Cream - RM455. Oo La La!! Exactly a luxury range and the brand does carry normal range products ranging from pricing >RM100 for a toner and so forth. The draw back of Divine series is need to apply using its' recommended massage/application steps. But one will adapt to it soon after as it consists of simple steps to remember.
It is an anti-aging series. Yes, surprisingly my skin adapts to it well. Usually, anti-aging series are too rich for my skin but somehow this absorb and leave non greasiness/oily on my skin surface. It contains essential oil and yet not oily at the same time during or after application. Even though, I have started just a week, but on first application, I already see result appearing. I woke up the next day with smoother skin and radiance skin. After days of using, I feel suppleness and firmness abit. I used to find my skin abit loose when smile, after using Divine and diligently follow the steps - I feel abit tightness when i smile - I consider I have a firmer cheeks now :) Well, the products claim to enhance collagen and firmness apart from prevent and smooth wrinkle. The major point is so far no breakout.
After a week, my friend sees the difference in me - my skin is brighter and radiance. Which I myself feel so too. Skin has become smoother hence, silky touch. L'occitane has become my recommended brand to people. The brand claims to be paraben & silicone- free. Even its' alcohol comes in levels but it claims to be derived from plants extract. Some products are alcohol-free and those contain come in % and of plants extracts. I did my research on other bloggers on L'occitane, all have good reviews and one thing I realized without fail people will mention is - brighten their skin, radiance enhancer. It happens on me too. For pimple skin, they mentioned the pimples do not get worse but has help them over time.
I am using L'occitane as my day & night regimen - Immortelle Blue bottle toner, Divine Lotion, Sublime Essence (day)/ Divine Extract Serum (night), Divine Cream. Of course, my Skinfood wash off masks everynight and alternately using scrubs. I am a person that cleanses my face 3 times a day so my evening will be Skinfood toner and moisturizer.
Another wonder happened on me is Angelica Eye Roller Gel. Roller means to prevent and soothe puffiness and dark circle which I so far have none but I can feel less tightness around my eyes. One visible results is I used to have a white seed on my left eyelid. But now, I see none and best of all no trace of any mark as though there is non-existent of white head before.

Of course, my Skinfood wash off masks everynight and alternately using scrubs. I am a person that cleanses my face 3 times a day so my evening will be Skinfood toner and moisturizer.
Another wonder happened on me is Angelica Eye Roller Gel. Roller means to prevent and soothe puffiness and dark circle which I so far have none but I can feel less tightness around my eyes. One visible results is I used to have a white seed on my left eyelid. But now, I see none and best of all no trace of any mark as though there is non-existent of white head before.

Skinfood - After 3 months of using and still counting..
Hi, everyone!! A nice weather to blog...rainy season lately :) Another month has passed..Welcome to October! A month full of fun and activities - Pink Ribbon for Breast Cancer & Octoberfest. But for me, well, always and my favourite beauty blogging :) So, I am sure all of you would like to know how fair this skincare on me:-
Firstly, if you are a new reader on my blog, please read my previous blogs to know my skin condition as well as my habit of ALWAYS CHANGE NEW SKINCARE ON A MONTHLY BASIS..hehehehe...whether or not my personal review reliable or not, is majorly up to individual. But, my skin definitely response fast on the skincare I paste on it :)
Secondly, if you are my follower/s then you know very well for a brand to sustain more than 2 months and still ongoing, means this brand is very reliable and good.
Lastly, YES!! Skinfood sustains in my life as my beauty regime must have!! I love its' wash off masks, scrubs and skincare as well as sheetmasks. Practically, everything in the shop I use are good and satisfactory in Malaysia weather - hot & humid & dry throughout the year; plus during rainfall in air-condition harsh environment. The hand lotion/essence absorbs fast and do not leave greasiness. Argan oil hair mask/condition really works wonder on my frizzy dry hair.
I realize that to keep my skin hydrated and calmed, I need my masks on a daily basis. Which is what I am doing so for the past 3 months without fail. I very much prefer and love wash off masks. The new scrub I have tried is Black sugar honey mask. A thumb up!! The Acorn Jelly mask also a wonder. I have no negative comment on this brand as it suits my skin as well as hair and body very well. Just nice on our weather - the products reacted refresh & clean.

Food Therapy for Skin - Part 2
Skinfood products are not pricey, therefore, one easily affordable to splurge on it. Another bonus point I like on this brand is it caters on women's needs very well. I tried the Argan Oil Hair mask, either use it as mask for 5mins or as conditioner. Me, the usual lazy woman :) use it as conditioner and is already more than enough to see it's outcome. Miraculously, once again tame my frizzy hair. Now, my hair is soft. I tried before hand and foot masks but I do not really like it hence, no visible result. I think need daily use plus apply hand and foot lotion to achieve visible outcome, something pro-long term just like facial regimen for day and night as well as in long term to see results. On my last shopping spree in the shop, I came across Neck cream..hehehe..is my next to buy list. When my existing shampoo and body wash finish, I too will invest on Skinfood. Give this brand a chance and also give myself a chance to see whether or not it will make me fall in love with it all over again :)
Mom got me Hand Essence..something like hand cream. Not moisturizing neither oily enough for over night use. But I find my hand not that dry during the day. 1st day, I did not see any visible result, additionally, I woke up with quite dry hand. Perseverance, as I love its skincare so much so that I make myself to keep applying every night for the last few nights, then I realize during day, my hands are not easily thirsty :) I will recommend to use it as a go as it is not oily but for caring tip, preferably creamy type. My mom suffers eczema for the past 1 year and no brands even upmarket brands can she use. So, she resides on doctor's cream and medication. After a year, I kept persuade her to try Skinfood as it is so mild and gentle to sensitive skin and yet revive and infuse fruits and vegetables nutrients into skin for healthier skin, for eg. me a living example :), finally, she gave in and tried it out eventhough she has lesser faith in lower range group of skincare as she is the upmarket type of person. Well, after a week use, her skin is still calmed. A good sign and news to her and me as she prefers to apply skincare type of person. As for me, a sigh of relieved as my recommendation works :) According to my mom, she said her skin no longer feel itch from drying. Of course, she is using carrot range..
I super duper love Peach Sake Silky Loose Powder. It really controls oil and when apply, just blend well with skintone and the skin as well. No visible sign of make up but skin is matte just as I long for but I could not get this effect or outcome from other brands loose powder. Amazing! At the end of the day, my skin is glowing healthily from a bit of oil producing, I start my day with fresh and matte skin. I cannot resist this powder is a must to me. At times, I will use CC cream. Skinfood has only 1 type of CC cream. It caters for fair skin than darker skin as it is only in 1 shade which is lighter shade. Lucky me, I am fair so blend well with me. I used to start off with a pump for a face but since my skin is getting healthier, I now only use half pump. Usually I puff my face after sunblock or CC.
Recent haul - Base & Top Coat Mascara, Treatment Lash Root & Lash Mascara, quarts eyeshadows and eyeliner pencil tip brush type. Have not tried the treatment yet but I like the base & top coat. Indeed keep my lash color intact. I used to have some color stain on undereye and my eyes uncomfortable maybe some color smudge off during long day wear. With this, my eyes area is clean and so far no eye itch plus I can feel my lash is in position from morning till now and it is not droopy. So, yes another product in my satisfied list. I am not a makeup person nor an expert so eyeliner is a challenge to me. However, this one is significant. I do not have glitch with it. At first I was afraid I would spoil my make up but it turned out to be well grip and application is swift. Definitely, a re-purchase.
Mom has a sensitive lips. We both use lip balm Milk. So far no complain from mom and as for me, well I have dry chap lip. It greatly helps. So, my lipstick application has become nice pout :) No flaky skin appearance. I bought its Pomegranate Lipstick Matte berry color. Usually, my lips will not cooperate with matte lipstick eventhough i like using as outcome will be even drier lips and cause color tone ugly. Food Therapy for Skin - Part 1
I came across Skinfood brand unintentionally and I got hook since then. I usually will try upmarket brands such as those I blogged about in my previous blogs. Those Guardian/Watson brands I tried before, were not satisfying. On the other hand, it never crossed my mind to try shop base brand. Skinfood is the economical personal care line from hair to toe products. A Korea brand and in Korea, one easily finds the shops here and there. The products are not expensive and some may say it targets teenagers. I am in my 30's and in my life time, never 1 brand can sustain, needless to say provide me with healthy skin. This is the only brand that I blog about after 2 months usage and still counting. No brands can make me love their masks which can give me motivation to do it daily. I find doing masks a passion daily and it motivates me to do different kinds of masks everyday. I like sheetmasks and wash off masks. Especially the 5 mins wash off masks - Fresh Aloe Pack & Acai Berry - no matter how late I am, I will still use either one of these. I have tried all sheetmasks from Skinfood except anti-wrinkle or more for matured targeted skin (because usually for matured skin, the essence or products are tend to be oily and rich). I dislike gel masks. I find it difficult to adhere whereby sheet type is much more comfortably enjoyable :) So, I have been replenishing my sheetmasks frequently - Fresh Apple, Everyday Mask (consist of Blueberry, Tomato, Nuts, Green Tea, Broccoli), Peach Pore Sake & Royal Honey. Usually I will buy a few sheets of each masks to last me a month as I do it daily. In between, I will use wash off alternately. Recent haul - Cucumber wash off mask (soothing), Rice Mask (scrub), I tried those last night. Each 15mins wash off type. Cucumber indeed cooling and soothing plus the infusion of rice mask, I woke up with hydrated and smooth skin. Use the scrub 1st then followed by cucumber mask.
I love all the masks is because I find they calm and hydrate my skin well. Fresh Apple and Peach Sake are targeted for pore/oil control skin. They indeed control oil very well. On top of that, refreshes skin. Additional products will be Egg White nose, forehead & jaw black/whitehead strips, Egg White T-Zone & U-Zone Serum & Fresh Apple Serum. So far, I had tried one time strips and indeed removed alot of my blackheads. As for the serums, I am using everyday - Morning - Fresh Apple serum, Night - T & U-Zone serums - for controlling oil and prevent breakouts. Voila! Indeed so. Now, I only pop 1 or 2 pimples during menses but it recovers within 3 days. Even so, I can feel that the pimple only on the surface of the skin layer unlike before where I could feel the pimples were from deep layer of the skin. That is why I know I finally found the right skincare products for my skin which gives me healthy skin!!
My intention of walking into Skinfood shop was to get a pack of sheetmasks as a gift to my BFF. That walked never made me look back since...I checked out the brand and one thing let to another...I invested on it when my BFF asked me, "I like this brand is because is good or because it is natural products source from food?". I have given my faith into Skinfood and it repays me with motivation and healthy skin indeed. I am using the carrot range - cleanser, toner, emulsion & sunblock - outcome is calmed my skin redness and maintain well with less sensitivity plus ph balance as well as keep my skin hydrated. This range is organic because the range are derived without 7 chemicals in it (please refer www.theskinfood.com.my for more info)Night regime is Sparkling Apple series - toner, night cream. I like this range as it refreshes my skin without feeling burden to my pores and the night cream is matte so I wake up with less oily skin.
Basically, all the products I use, absorb 100% into my skin without leaving me feel burden or a layer over my facial skin. This is something I admire on this brand and also something I have been looking for. I have a very problematic skin that does not blend well with too greasy products. In my previous blogs, I did mention before I have red dots on my left cheeks, gotten during my Nutox expedition :). Well, other brands can never cure it, only make it come and go and come and go until Skinfood cure it. Now, my cheek is back to fair rosy cheek :) This is the only products that I apply ample moisturizer and yet without breakouts. Amazing! Another mega finding is all the products just drinks up by my skin without feeling anything on the surface and it quietly works its way to give me healthy skin from within the layers.

Finally I am AmWay member :) - All About Artistry Skincare Personal Review
A very good morning to everyone! :) I am in extreme good mood :) First of all, I am driving my new car, my son is getting used to go to school already, and my new skincare regime is awesome..So, how can I not be in superb mood :) YES! YES! After my Mary Kay disaster, I hope AmWay sustains in my life. Let's talk about skincare first before I move on to supplements.
Frankly, I started 2 weeks ago and counting. I am using YouthXtend Cleanser, Illuminating Radiance lotion & moisturizer cream, Skin Renewing Peel mask, new add on are Vit C + Wild Yam treatment, Scrub, and Sunblock SPF50+++. In my previous blog, when I am using 3-steps regime, skin already shows signs of improvement - such as the red spots have beginning to show signs of recovering/disappearing, pimple marks recover fast and pimples mature fast and recover well. Importantly, my redness under control. Many skincare I reviewed, either not working or even work, the redness still exists once I am under sun exposure or heat. Surprisingly, Artistry gives me longer calmness and radiance - even under sun/heat exposure. Mostly, I am greatly satisfied is on the red spots. Cause, is disappearing and skin is smoother with mask and scrub. No breakouts is an added bonus. What I am happy and satisfied than the other skincare I had tried is my skin shows signs of improvement day after day which keep me motivated and have faith in its' skincare. Plus, I believe it really gives me true hydration as skin not that oily anymore. My faith has brought me to the next level by trying its intensive treatment of Vit C + Wild Yam - cause me no breakout and I can see my skin is slightly more healthier and radiance with Vit C, it greatly helps on marks and recovery. As for scrub, so far cause me no severe damage like other scrub I have tested which gave me redness or burnt. Surprisingly, my skin is smoother, slough away dead cells and at the same time cause no damage :) Usually sunblock with SPF50+++ will give me oily outcome (Sulwhasoo is, so I have put it on hold...hehehe), yet another wonder by Artistry, amazingly & fantastically, it is NOT!! So I love it!! Basically, my skin is always radiance which is a wonder to me and oiliness + redness are at bay. Conclusion, skin is healthier and smoother with the right glow. I do not know how long will it lasts but I hope this will sustain in my life. We will see how it goes after 2 months :) I also put on hold on La Mer as its' sunblock dries my skin. Without using La Mer sunblock, Artistry just as comfy as cotton :)
All of the products I mentioned above blend and absorb well and fast into my skin. Leaving no sticky after-feel. The Illuminating Radiance series has a relaxing & calming fragrance which does not linger long. What I like about AmWay is once a member will get to buy the discounted price whereby Mary Kay is more on business minded. I need to purchase a certain amount to deserve a specific percentage discount - meaning the more I purchase, the higher the % is. But, Mary Kay gives no such result and faith to me. In other words, all my past skincare trial, either not working for me or even it did, it was not lasting. Many a times, I left home feeling great but it was not lasting, not durable in the heat/air condition. I do not know how to describe Artistry but please bear with me for another month or so, for my updates. If I sustain that long, meaning AmWay products really like many of the people I know told me its' products are of top qualities. Honestly speaking, it really gives me lasting radiance without redness and skin is indeed healthier day after day.
My detox program has ended yesterday. Consisting of fibre, bifidus & milk thistle. Bifidus yes but milk thistle will finish these few days as for fibre can last me a month. The detox program I meant was the combination of the 3, since 1 already finished and another is on its way finishing, I consider my detox has concluded :) I just need to finish off the fibre. I started the protein + Bio C program which was told both combine will give collagen. I chose Green tea flavour which is tasty. It serves as healthy drink for my breakfast as I am not a breakfast person. So far so good. I bought Kid's Vit C for my son and he is loving it too. :)

Short Trip to Singapore
I am quite impressed with Sulwhasoo. I did not break out during my trip as usually I would have cystic acnes or pimples appearing on chin or face. I suppose dehydrated. Since, Sulwhasoo promised of balance skin hydration and oil, it somehow delivers and protects my skin from harmful. Hence, I did not breakout and thus, skin was well hydrated throughout my trip. Even under sun and sweat during my USS fun. From photos taken, I can see that my skin is glowing healthily minus the redness. So, Sulwhasoo is definately a keep for me.
Just before my trip, I met up a friend of mine who is into Amway. Needless to say, I bought basic skincare from her and some detox health care. Moving on to skincare, I bought YouthXtend cleanser - I like it as it is not creamy type. Skin feels clean and refresh minus creamy or a veil of protection as creamy cleanser usually does. But, it does not strip away moisture neither tight, Skin Illuminating Lotion (Toner) - Is fragrance water toner. It contains pearl ingredient. My skin absorbs. Not very sure of its purpose but I suppose like any others, it is a prep for better absorption of moisturizer, Skin Illuminating Cream (Hydration Moisturizer) - Also contains pearl ingredient that supposes to give skin radiance. Initially, I use Amway on the evening. So, I do not feel any negative result. I do not suffer any breakout and it is neither oily. Once, I was in a rush, I used it in the morning along with La Mer sunblock, (in my previous blog, I mentioned that La Mer sunblock is quite dry) thus, I feel Artistry (Amway Skincare Line mentioned above) not hydrating enough for me. Once, I tried as night regime, skin is radiant and no breakout as well. Since, I do not see any specialty out of it, mostly I will keep at as evening regime and on and off rushy regime :) If I am running late..I bought Renewing Peel - do as mask - pump 8 pumps and spread over face for 8 minutes before washing off. Do twice in a week (3 days interval) for 6 weeks then rest 4 weeks. If satisfied, can re-do this treatment program. I was told it helps on shrinking pores and eliminating sensitivity of skin as well as deep cleansed. Additionally, remove dead skin cells and boost new skin cells - Hence, skin appears radiantly healthy. I started last night for my first time, is easy to use and when wash off, it leaves behind a protection veil feel. I do not suffer any breakout but skin does abit glowing the next morning. Will blog further when I complete this treatment.
Latest luxury I spent on my trip was buying La Mer Rescue Set - Eye cream, Lip Balm, Steel Chrome spatula, Classic Creme D' La Mer, The Concentrate Serum...Cost me a bomb SGD676.00. I also bought along Infusion Hydrating - cost SGD143.00, some kind of a booster, prep for better absorption of Creme D' La Mer. I used La Mer set as night regime starting last night, so I cannot judge too much yet but in the mean time, no breakout yet. The Infusion is easily absorb. As for the Concentrate Serum, it is not the typical serum. The texture is opaque white gluey. Yes, exactly like our school days glue that need the same spatula to scoop. For La Mer, it has built in spatula. So far, not oily and my skin absorb well. Will blog more after sometimes of using.
Just before my trip, I met up a friend of mine who is into Amway. Needless to say, I bought basic skincare from her and some detox health care. Moving on to skincare, I bought YouthXtend cleanser - I like it as it is not creamy type. Skin feels clean and refresh minus creamy or a veil of protection as creamy cleanser usually does. But, it does not strip away moisture neither tight, Skin Illuminating Lotion (Toner) - Is fragrance water toner. It contains pearl ingredient. My skin absorbs. Not very sure of its purpose but I suppose like any others, it is a prep for better absorption of moisturizer, Skin Illuminating Cream (Hydration Moisturizer) - Also contains pearl ingredient that supposes to give skin radiance. Initially, I use Amway on the evening. So, I do not feel any negative result. I do not suffer any breakout and it is neither oily. Once, I was in a rush, I used it in the morning along with La Mer sunblock, (in my previous blog, I mentioned that La Mer sunblock is quite dry) thus, I feel Artistry (Amway Skincare Line mentioned above) not hydrating enough for me. Once, I tried as night regime, skin is radiant and no breakout as well. Since, I do not see any specialty out of it, mostly I will keep at as evening regime and on and off rushy regime :) If I am running late..I bought Renewing Peel - do as mask - pump 8 pumps and spread over face for 8 minutes before washing off. Do twice in a week (3 days interval) for 6 weeks then rest 4 weeks. If satisfied, can re-do this treatment program. I was told it helps on shrinking pores and eliminating sensitivity of skin as well as deep cleansed. Additionally, remove dead skin cells and boost new skin cells - Hence, skin appears radiantly healthy. I started last night for my first time, is easy to use and when wash off, it leaves behind a protection veil feel. I do not suffer any breakout but skin does abit glowing the next morning. Will blog further when I complete this treatment.

Personal Testimonial on Sulwhasoo & La Mer Skincare
Good morning everyone!! :) Right now, over my side is rainy and cloudy with cool breeze. A good environment to pen down my Skincare-holic experience. LOL! I have been using Sulwhasoo for a month now. I do not have breakouts encounter and the following products are my current skincare regimen for day & night.
First Care Activating Serum
Quite a unique product. The texture is gel liquid type and is in brown color. I use this right after my shower, pump 2 pumps and rub against my palms before wrapping my face with patting method. Easily absorb and suppose to give easy absorption for subsequent skincare application. I never try without this serum so I am not sure if without this serum, subsequent application will be sticky on the surface with unlikely full absorption or effect will not be so good. As this serum supposes to enhance the subsequent skincare power and allow skin to drink it up and VOILA! healthier skin will be produced :)
Essential Balancing Water
Is transparent water. Slightly thicker texture than water. In-between gel & water type. Pour out around RM0.20 big and rub against palms before wrapping with patting method. After awhile can feel skin drinks everything up. Excess can apply on neck. To avoid sticky, is best to be patience to keep patting for skin to absorb.
Essential Balancing Emulsion
Is typical emulsion texture. White watery creamy. Pour out in-between RM0.10 - RM0.20 big and rub against palms before wrapping with patting method. When fully absorb, will not leave oily/sticky residue after feel.
My skin is slight pinkish and sensitive, therefore, I always use patting instead of spreading to avoid trigger my skin to more redness. From instruction, both water and emulsion suppose to spread from inner to outer. So you can choose which way you want to apply. As my way, I can see effect so, I think both ways are just fine. Occasionally, I pour too much, I will use spread method cum pat as I will not feel pulling or dragging my skin too much. Above products have light herbal smell which is fine for me. I am a sinusitis person and the smell does not trigger my sensitive nose.

Since am a pimple prone skin if use wrongly, I dare not apply this too much after emulsion. I started off only at night. Dab with ring finger into the pot - around pea size to RM0.10. I used to dot on my cheeks then T-zone area before lightly spread inner to outer and patting method for fully absorption without sticky-ness. Now I warm it between my middle and ring fingers of both hands and spread inner to outer then followed by patting. For the past week, I started to use this during day & night. Because, I feel dry and tight during the day. So far so good on my skin. It is slightly yellow light cream texture with strong ginseng smell.

This product is quite a popular product in Sulwhasoo. I love it as well and I find it a good one too. Recommended twice per week but I only do it once a week for the past 3 weeks. After removal, re-apply skincare steps for night regimen. The texture and color is exactly like the First Care just that it is more sticky.
With above products and regimen, I do not have breakout so far. Skin is less oily so I suppose it does what it says. During my facial visit, the therapist said my skin water & oil have blended well now as skin no longer flaky dry. Is smoother and soft now. Less blackheads too. Pores have been improved as well. During 2 facials visits, I ended up with pimples popping but surprisingly, the recovery state is fast and without inflammed. Needless to say, leave no scar behind. If were for last time, took ages to recover and the scar took months to disappear. This is like by a week all is clear :)
AVOID USING THE FOLLOWING IF YOU ARE A PIMPLE PRONE SKIN
Overnight Vitalizing Mask
Lucky, I was given this 2 sample sachets. First time I use, the next day appeared 2 cystic acne on my chin with inflame redness. Without doing anything, I just continue my usual regimen as stated above, by 1 week subside alot and best of all the cystic turned to pus and after 2nd week already recover and now leaving small dot of scar which is on the way to recovery. Phew! So this is a big no-no product to purchase for me. Was told too rich for the skin like mine. So, is best to keep to basic skincare.
Hydro-aid Moisturizing Lifting Serum
I bought this and it does not work out too well for me as after using, few days later will pop pimples. Hence, I have stopped using now. Will try to finish it slowly but not on daily basis.
Hydro-aid Moisturizing Lifting UV Protection Cream
Likewise, I do not really like this as well as I find my skin oily not long later. I stopped using this about the same time as Hydro-aid serum so I am not sure whether this product will cause breakout or not.
One can consider La Mer Sunblock, which is what I am using currently. It is water white texture therefore, need to shake the bottle well before squeezing around RM0.50 size - for face and neck. Been using this sunblock for the past 4 days, so far so good with no breakouts. Surprisingly, I realize after using this sunblock, skin is not oily and can last whole day without shiny look. Making my skin matte. I am wondering is it has to do with my recent dry-ness during the day as I start using Ginseng cream during the day now. This sunblock easily absorb leaving skin matte without oily after feel. Light scented. So many Sunblock I used over the years, this is by far the best sunblock I ever use.
Therefore, I plan to check out La Mer Skincare in Singapore this weekend for my holiday trip. :) From reviews, La Mer has not promising raves comparatively to Sulwhasoo. Sulwhasoo is by far the best skincare I ever tested and tried. The result and outcome are totally different than previous skincare brands I blogged about. Is amazing! Hence, I will top up my Sulwhasoo stocks while in Singapore if have better deal sets or price there.

Cedric vs New School vs Old School
EXACTLY..!!!!! I now send my son to a new school. He has been going to this school for the past 1 month. In my blog, I will only mention the impacts of both schools upon my son. Without stating the school name. Ced started going to pre-school when he was age 2. I was lucky that he did not fuss when going to school, instead, he likes going to school. Unlike other parents, I did not have issue sending him to school. At least, in the past. He would very delighted to get off the car and carried his own bag and walked into the school compound all by himself. When he started using more words, he would wave and say byebye mummy! and disappeared into his school :) That was the most longing memory I had. As several months had past, the school announced new management was taking over and new teachers were replacing the existing ones. Since then, my son slowly showed signed of being abused and gradually LOATHE SCHOOL!!!
How do I know for sure that he was being abused in school?! I used to hire a maid just to look after him since he was a baby. I had googled and read alot on signs of being abused. As I know that I would leave him behind with maid while my husband & I went for work and out. At least signs were the good guidelines for me to know his welfare while we were not around. Fret not, we always left him with maid at my parents place. So, all was well :) Without further ado, let me share my experiences:-
Ced started to unwilling to get off the car. With more coaxing, he eventually would get down. This had been awhile for almost a month before he moved into Stage 2 severity. He then told me he did not want to go to school once he woke up. Then again, lingered more time when reached the school. A month was up, for the next month was my worst nightmare of sending him to school. He would cry and fuss from home till school. Once reached school, he would cry even louder and screamed and worst, refused to get into the school compound at all!!!!! It was so heart-wrenching when my son would screamed for me and called out my name so thunderous and cried so hysterically when I left, that it sparked me that he surely was being abused in school. His screamed was not normal misbehaving type, it was more on MUMMY, HELP!!! I asked the principal and teachers there of why he had sudden attitude changed, all they did was only to convince me he was all right after I left. I did not know why out of a sudden, 2 teachers came to me and leaked out that one of the teachers there beat him before and they looked so worried facial expression. After I probed more, they refused to tell me. I was even more convinced that my worried was right. As my son always will come home telling us what happen in school such as, "teacher ta-ta (beat), teacher ma-ma (scold)", I purposely told the principal that my son always tells us things. Only then, she admitted to me that one day she was in bad mood and yet my son refused to nap. So, she popped a ballon right on top of my son's head just to scare him. And she did twice!!! So, off I go school hunting again to look for a new school for my son. I know that if I do not change the environment, it will only give more negative impacts on my son's growth welfare. Ced used to have nightmares daily and even talked in his sleep. He said "teacher pu yau (don't)" several times and cried in his sleep. From a jovial toddler, he changed to bad tempered and stubborn.
At new school, I can only say I am truely impressed with the school. Even my husband agreed and said lucky we changed him to new school. Only a few days here in new school, Ced portrays much calm attitude. He does not come home brandishing or lashing or releasing hatred or upsets. He does not have nightmares and does not cry or talk in his sleep. Just last night, I heard him laughing twice in his sleep :) He used to wake up angrily and crying. But no more now. For the past week, he has been eating by himself without me feeding and he eats quite clean :) He does not allow me to brush his teeth neither him brush by himself. After school taught him, automatically, he brushes his teeth at home too :) He even reminded me was time to brush teeth once. hehehe..He talks more now. I found out that he uses more words and he uses the words correctly. He can now talk longer statement instead of single word expression. Quite a huge step improvement. Comparatively to old school, attended 6 months and yet see not much advancement.
Well, things do not always work along your plan or wish. He still refuses to go to school. Every morning is like a warzone at home between him and I. Take longer time now as I do not want to force him too much which resulted him crying all the time. I will just keep convincing him as much as I can or I shall say, as much as he lets me talk to him. Cause, sometimes, he does not want us to reason with him with our grandmother stories :) BUT. hehehe, aahhh yes, my but is in capitals, because how unwilling he is with me at home or how he struggles not to get into my car, upon reaching school, when principal approaches my car to take him into school compound, he will always go to the principal with open arms..hahaha...funny isn't it? He will obediently wave and say byebye mummy..he is crying lesser now and once he did not cry at all. One thing for sure, he did not scream anymore. He talks to the teachers there and wave byebye and willing to say byebye teacher when I fetch him from school. Comparatively, he refused and never talk or wave or say byebye teacher at his old school. Even the teachers in old school said byebye to him, he just turned away. Now, in this new school, whenever teachers talk to him, he will have eye contact with them and nod or said zhi tao (know). I realized Ced is more discipline after attending this new school. I just hope, he will one day finally come to term that he needs to go to school no matter what. And this day, please come fast!!! hehehehe...
A little adventure - after I stopped Ced from his old school, an old teacher Ced always clinged on to called me using her own personal line. She told me she had since resigned from that school and asked me why Ced stopped school. I do not know how she comes by the news. After sharing what I wrote above, she said yes. The reason she resigned was she cannot accept new management style. You will be in shocked when you read what I am about to leak:- Kids there are like being confined into a prison cell life-like. There is this teacher called 'L' who is very fierce towards the kids and typically the kids there spend their time in class, after class will go down for meal time, after meal time must sit tightly on their chair. Whoever moves, will be scolded and beaten. Hence, this old teacher told me that this is Kindyland not Standard 1. Kids at such age how can they sit still? They must play around and cannot only have class and eat and still. She strongly disagrees with such cruel treatment. The more she fights for the kids welfare, the more complaints she received from L. L will report the matter to management and subsequently, this old teacher resigned. She also hinted that Ced knows alot of things and he knows the teachers' names. She said you try to ask him which teacher beats him, and he will say Teacher L. Those 2 teachers also mentioned Teacher L mistreated him. Without them telling me, I already suspected so. As, right from the start, Teacher L already showed disliked towards Ced. Each time she tried to come near Ced, Ced went hysterically afraid and despise her to get close to her. My son is an active kid, must be L cannot tolerate such behaviour. Resulting her using harsh actions against my son. But, to me this is unethical for a pre-school teacher. When I went to submit letter of withdrawing from school (requested to do so by the branch director there for refund deposit purposes), a kid ran here and there before hitting a toy and felled hurting his side pelvis. Teacher L said 'who ask you to run?' several times before proceeding to say 'veli good la veli good la'. OMG! what English is this? Another surprising part was she never even bothered to go to the kid to check him out. When his mother approached, she quickly came forward and pat the kid's head and told his mom how good he is at school today. The poor boy was still holding his pelvis and half cried towards his mother and I overheard him telling his mother 'veli good'. LOL...Oh yeah, when the school started to suspect me knowing something had gone wrong, out of a sudden Teacher L tried to be nice and coaxed Ced when I dropped him off. Usually she would not come attend. She gave up when Ced refused to be close to her. She just walked away, lucky I was still there for my son to come for solace before another teacher saw what was happening and came to coax my son. Another point deducted as a pre-school teacher. To me, one must have patience and kindness as well as caring other wise how one can be a pre-school teacher? I also found out that the kids were getting lesser. The old teacher told me many of the kids have transferred to another nearby Kindyland. This new management had asked for additional payment. The school fees already expensive than the others and yet required me to top up more for school holidays program. Whereby, in new school, school fee is cheaper, holiday programs is 1 time off payment for 1 year school holidays programs. The best part is new school has school trip outing once a month to different location.
So to all parents out there who are reading my blogs, please be aware. School and teachers are very important/critical to our pre-school kids. Whether your kids be cheerful/sad, socialable/not are very much depending on the people around them. Proper educating, toddlers especially age 2.5-3 or even by 4/5, can show positive/negative growth. Just like what I have just shared above. Observation is also another critical action parents need to bear in mind. A good school will produce cheerful and bright students while degradable school will only produce hatred and crush attitude/character of the students. Please compare more schools' timetable before deciding which school to send your kids to. If you are the type unlucky to hit the right jackpot (school) for your kids, is ok and best to change. Find one that your kids adapt well to.

Now, in this new school, whenever teachers talk to him, he will have eye contact with them and nod or said zhi tao (know). I realized Ced is more discipline after attending this new school. I just hope, he will one day finally come to term that he needs to go to school no matter what. And this day, please come fast!!! hehehehe...
A little adventure - after I stopped Ced from his old school, an old teacher Ced always clinged on to called me using her own personal line. She told me she had since resigned from that school and asked me why Ced stopped school. I do not know how she comes by the news. After sharing what I wrote above, she said yes. The reason she resigned was she cannot accept new management style. You will be in shocked when you read what I am about to leak:- Kids there are like being confined into a prison cell life-like. There is this teacher called 'L' who is very fierce towards the kids and typically the kids there spend their time in class, after class will go down for meal time, after meal time must sit tightly on their chair. Whoever moves, will be scolded and beaten. Hence, this old teacher told me that this is Kindyland not Standard 1. Kids at such age how can they sit still? They must play around and cannot only have class and eat and still. She strongly disagrees with such cruel treatment. The more she fights for the kids welfare, the more complaints she received from L. L will report the matter to management and subsequently, this old teacher resigned. She also hinted that Ced knows alot of things and he knows the teachers' names. She said you try to ask him which teacher beats him, and he will say Teacher L. Those 2 teachers also mentioned Teacher L mistreated him. Without them telling me, I already suspected so. As, right from the start, Teacher L already showed disliked towards Ced. Each time she tried to come near Ced, Ced went hysterically afraid and despise her to get close to her. My son is an active kid, must be L cannot tolerate such behaviour. Resulting her using harsh actions against my son. But, to me this is unethical for a pre-school teacher. When I went to submit letter of withdrawing from school (requested to do so by the branch director there for refund deposit purposes), a kid ran here and there before hitting a toy and felled hurting his side pelvis. Teacher L said 'who ask you to run?' several times before proceeding to say 'veli good la veli good la'. OMG! what English is this? Another surprising part was she never even bothered to go to the kid to check him out. When his mother approached, she quickly came forward and pat the kid's head and told his mom how good he is at school today. The poor boy was still holding his pelvis and half cried towards his mother and I overheard him telling his mother 'veli good'. LOL...Oh yeah, when the school started to suspect me knowing something had gone wrong, out of a sudden Teacher L tried to be nice and coaxed Ced when I dropped him off. Usually she would not come attend. She gave up when Ced refused to be close to her. She just walked away, lucky I was still there for my son to come for solace before another teacher saw what was happening and came to coax my son. Another point deducted as a pre-school teacher. To me, one must have patience and kindness as well as caring other wise how one can be a pre-school teacher? I also found out that the kids were getting lesser. The old teacher told me many of the kids have transferred to another nearby Kindyland. This new management had asked for additional payment. The school fees already expensive than the others and yet required me to top up more for school holidays program. Whereby, in new school, school fee is cheaper, holiday programs is 1 time off payment for 1 year school holidays programs. The best part is new school has school trip outing once a month to different location.
So to all parents out there who are reading my blogs, please be aware. School and teachers are very important/critical to our pre-school kids. Whether your kids be cheerful/sad, socialable/not are very much depending on the people around them. Proper educating, toddlers especially age 2.5-3 or even by 4/5, can show positive/negative growth. Just like what I have just shared above. Observation is also another critical action parents need to bear in mind. A good school will produce cheerful and bright students while degradable school will only produce hatred and crush attitude/character of the students. Please compare more schools' timetable before deciding which school to send your kids to. If you are the type unlucky to hit the right jackpot (school) for your kids, is ok and best to change. Find one that your kids adapt well to.

On the Passage to SULWHASOO :)
Every month I will be blogging on skincare and amazingly on different types of brands :) I am not sure how fair can my review be as I do not only use a single brand for more than 2 or 3 months. As I cleanses my face 3 times a day, so usually I split or finish up my purchase by choosing the best or the one I like most for day and night usage. The least favourite will be my evening use. Hence, this will be my final conclusion on Kanebo, Kiehl's, Biotherm & O'slee. After these, I will be moving forward to another luxury brand called SULWHASOO of Korea. I cannot wait it to reach my shore so that I can purchase and try the products out!!!!! The reviews of this brand is superb.
KANEBO
I still have some left over which I am using it during evening until eventually finish. Only good ones will I finish it. This brand works well on my pimple prone skin, large pores and dehydration skin. If you do follow my blogs, you know I meant Impress line. It really hydrates my skin but not longer enough as I am always in air conditioned room - sleep & working. I do not have breakouts when using this brand but only a few as in during menses. Large pores indeed seem smaller. Skin is supple. But one thing I do not like is after layering the skincare, somehow my skin tends to be oily. Even during layering, I can feel the products are still somehow sticky abit on the surface of my facial. On the other hand, I really do love Blanchir Clear Condition. I practically use up this on mask daily basis. So much soothing and helps my redness. This is my star product for Kanebo. As I am easily tempted, so I decided to try Sulwhasoo. Overall ratings for Kanebo is 4/5.
KIEHL'S
I have no negative reviews on Kiehl's. I simply just love its' Calendular toner, Red Earth Pore minimizing moisturizer, Midnight Recovery for eyes and oil. These just work wonder on my skin, especially Calendular toner. It really suppress my redness well, last longer and the pore minimizing moisturizer really control oils well and my pores look much more refine. Likewise, I do not experience breakouts only during menses. The clay mask also quite good as really removes impurities. Ultra Cleanser indeed mild but cleanses well. The drawback maybe is only for the Sunblock as is oily after application and after awhile later. I had since finished the toner and on the way finishing off the moisturizer and cleanser as well. Overall ratings for Kiehl's is 4.5/5.

This is my startup skincare after I was brokedown with blotchy redness skin after using MaryKay products. It worked so well on me but over time, my old problem kicks in. Redness, pimples on jawline/chin area (lymph-nodes) and enlarge pores came back. I did not manage to finish my 2nd round purchase of moisturizer, toner and serum. I only use it on off basis till it finishes. Most probably will use more frequently when I finish my Kanebo & Kiehl's. I am using its purefect range supposes to help on pimple skin but the drawback is dryness. Skin not hydrate enough and it does not help on my pores. If I use something abit rich for my hydration well, it turns out oily. Pro-long, pimples will pop 1 or 2. However, I quite satisfied with its facial service. As at now, I am still doing its facial on a monthly basis. Overall ratings for Biotherm is 3/5. 2 points being deducted out due to it cannot control my problem. No doubt, it helped on my blotchy skin and transformed to a flawless skin but alas, it did not last, hence, my old problems appear and yet it no longer works wonder or at least control.
O'SLEE
Hhhhmm....before this brand, I did try another drugstore brand called Nutox. Quite dissappointed with it and once again goes to this drugstore brand. I did review it is quite good for a drugstore brand, but besides skin much more whitens but it does not last. Only when using mask, skin is better but not on skincare on a daily basis. This still cannot give enough hydration to my skin. Not lasting at least. As for Nutox, seemed quite good at first but eventually caused pimples spots on my left cheek until now. As for O'slee, caused me some bumps and also some pimples popping. Not drastic but flaws. Eventually I lost interest in continuing. Not enough hydration means will cause oiliness. Initial use is ok and also seems good but after few weeks, result not that satisfying so I had stopped using completely. I will not use this anymore just like Nutox, will go down the bin. Poor me, wasted my money. I swore to myself, I will not use drugstore brand anymore :). Overall ratings for O'slee is 2/5. Besides not working so well, another point deducted due to I find this brand malaysia management not so honest. I bought online from its malaysian website and I was given sheetmasks and eye masks for free as gifts. Guess what I found? They trimmed away the expiry date part. So, the packaging is shorter than the original ones I bought. Then with more indepth checking, I found no expiry date section and that part already cut off. Therefore, another con for me to continue to use. I doubt the originality of the products. Not to say use it on my face!!

I am using this set now - No, not given to me yet, I will only have the free set this Sunday - well, why I said I am using now??!! hehehe...With my inpatient attitude, I can't wait for a month. I found out about this brand back in May. So, I bought online from Qoo10 website. Took 2 weeks to arrive from Korea. So, I controlled myself not to review anything about Sulwhasoo as usually I am so tempted to do so after only 1 or 2 days applications. It's been a week into using Sulwhasoo now for day and night, so far I have no breakouts!!!! Amazing...my red spots on my cheek is greatly reduce. Skin is glowing but not oily. Last me whole day. Hydration level is good as I have less tendency to redness. My skin is just glowing with smooth suppleness. I just cannot stop looking myself at the mirror. LOL!! hehehe..i just envied the Korean moms in my son's school. They do not wear makeup but they have fair glowing skin. So, when I look abit like their skin after using Sulwhasoo, I just can't resist looking at myself from a mirror. hehehe...I can't wait to be consulted and shop for the brand!!! I usually have uneven skincolor for face and neck. Somehow, now seems more matching. I only can say I feel superb and the result definitely differ from above mentioned brands when I started using. If you follow my blogs, you will get what I mean. :) Keeping my fingers crossed!:) with my past experience, it may work now but not months later. So, I am not sure how fair this brand will be to me :) anyhow, I will blog about it more indepth after using.

Recent Haul - O'slee Skincare Range
What have I been up to for the past weeks? hehehe..well I have been experimenting new products - O'slee. A Hong Kong brand. Is now targeting Malaysian market as it is making strong discounts and gift with purchase via online purchase www.oslee.com.my. The products can be otherwise bought from Guardian. It claimed to be natural products. Indeed less ingredients comparatively to other drugstore/branded brands. But I came across paraben in Rosehip Q10 Lotion - so, I suppose not 100% natural but can be concluded as highly natural products. Even though is a drugstore products with averagely RM50 bucks/item, still not very cheap. As each item comes in by 100ml or lesser. Surprisingly, most of the O'slee products are in glass bottle - to me, anything in glass container means good ingredients. Even branded skincare mostly pack in plastic or higher grade plastic packaging. I have this mentality of good ingredients usually pack in glass container is due to I was told years ago, some ingredients sustainable in glass than in plastic. Maybe the products are more natural/pure, that is why need to be packed in glass packaging. Do not let the outer packaging deceived you, as usually are huge and inside, the bottle are half of the packaging size. LOL!!
Rosehip Hydra-White Cleansing Powder
For dehydrate skin, it is not encourage to use this. If want to, preferable once a day. I was recommended its' rosehip moisturizing cleanser but I bought powder instead. After 2 days of using powder, skin feels tight and dry so now I only use it every morning. For evening and night, will use Kanebo creamy soap (my left over :)) . After few days later, skin does not feel tight anymore. When my existing cleanser finishes, I may try rosehip cleanser.
Rosehip Beauty Solution lll
The so called toner/ the famous water of O'slee line of skincare. Can use palm to apply or cottonpad. When I firstly used, I apply by palm - resulted white popping on my face - either oil seed or detox my skin (you can refer to my Kiehl's review, was told the white bumps are detox). So presumably, either by palm is too much for my combination/oily skin or it is doing its' function. Since then, I have been applying this using cottonpad. Wipe then pad. Much better :) I suppose this way, my skin absorb what is sufficient and the rest remains on cotton. Not very sticky after feel.
Rosehip Peeling Gel
It is a mild scrub. Not in beads form but in gel form. After rubbing will appear rubbery substance. For my case, yellowish. I suppose it does its' function by removing dead cells and cuticles. Without drying my skin. Skin feels smoother after that. Recommended for 2-3 times weekly. So far, I use once weekly.
HD Flawless Rosehip BB Cream SPF26 PA++
It is indeed very light and very mild coverage. For bad skin, need concealer before using this. I do not really fancy this product as it has very strong rosehip scent comparatively to other Rosehip products. Other than this, coverage is weak so no point in using this extra product. Applying this product can make skin glows and it blends well with my skin color - it evens out skintone. Usually my face and neck are 2 different colors. I can feel lightweight and breathable skin.

I like this product. Not sticky neither oily and best of all, it does what it is stated. Skin indeed hydrated. I was recommended Aqua Medi as moisturizer but I still feel dry and dehydrate. Hence, was asked to try this Q10. It works for me. Usually I use 1.5 - 2 pumps each time. For AM & PM. It is lightweight and gel lotion type.
Rosehip Whitening Mask
I prefer to use this as mask rather than use Beauty Solution III as mask (cotton pad). I tried Beauty Solution as mask, too oily feel so I dislike it. However, this sheet mask is alot better. Usually I will use the C-shape Eye mask then spread this mask over it. Leave on for 15 mins. Most of the serum will dry off or absorb, just pad the remaining serum on face till skin absorbs. End result:- Skin is bright and radiant, plump up as in moisturized. To me it indeed whiten my skin as I have the tendency of having redness, after using, it calms my redness and I am a fair person so i naturally seem fair face. So am not sure really whitens or my natural fair skin. Recommended 2-3 times weekly.
Anti-Acne Essence
A very small glass bottle filled with potent. hahahaha...It helps on my pimples. I only dot and rub on pimples till absorb. Can see result day by day. Really shrinking and recovering. But definitely not an overnight thing :)
Aqua Medi
Suppose to be my moisturizer. But not hydrate enough for me. So now I have switched it to Q10 instead. The texture is light watery gel. Upon contact with skin, turns to water. Is quite a unique product. Cooling sensation but too bad not moisturize enough. But I will try using this before applying Q10 and see whether can retain moisture level in my skin or not. Use either one only seems not sufficient, so will use both together and use this as serum and Q10 as moisturizer.
Pore Medi
Slim Face Medi- Deep Clean Mask
AAaahhh...this is quite unique too. Does not require lymph massage method. It works as after twice using, a few people notice my face has slim down. Each time I use, I notice will pop a pimple on my jawline. Is a clay mask. When dries up will tighten my face. After using skin feels fresh and clean. Recommended 2-3 times weekly.
Honey Sugar Mask
Very dislike this product. Not because of it has no function, is mainly sticky sweetness. I am worried ants might come..hahaha..so after using, I will wash my basin and practically everything that come in contact with this mask. I have to be extra careful when using to avoid any residue that I may overlook when cleaning. Since it contains brown sugar and honey, naturally smell sweet. For result, well it does deliver. Skin radiant smooth. The smoothness last longer than peeling gel. Do not apply too thick as when it melts down, will be too slimy. Just sufficient enough. Can be applied on either dry or wet face. My face is pimple prone and redness so I use it on wet face. Works for me. Recommended 2-3 times weekly but since is tedious for me, I will only use once a week. It comes in a cute glass bottle along with a sponge and a spatula.
Pomegranate Milky Mask
On the contrary, I love this product. Smell relaxing. Not sticky at all. Skin is moisturized and refreshed. Not tedious to use. Recommended 2-3 times weekly. It comes in a cute glass bottle along with a sponge and a spatula. Since one of the functions is anti-aging/anti-oxidant, in long run is very good to skin.
ClearSpa Complete C-Shape Eye Mask
Love using this along with Rosehip Moisturizing Mask. Good combo and good result. Eyes do not look tired after using this. A very good relieving for tired eyes. Recommended 2-3 times weekly.
Been using above regimen for a week now, pores are less visible, skin texture is silky and radiant, brighten my complexion. Out of so many skincare brands that I have used, this is the only brand works on my skin. Apart from Kiehl's which is another preferred brand of mine. So, temporary will use O'slee. Boost my motivation in using O'slee as it delivers what it stated resulting in me wanting to keep using it to see much better result than now it is.

Also a lightweight gel type. Pink in color. Absorb pretty quickly and I usually use 2 pumps for AM & PM. Whether my pores have shrunk or not I am not sure. But indeed not as visible as previously. Of course all this works with my regimen mentioned above. Is going to be a long term instead of a few days jobs to verdict a product.

Each time I use, I notice will pop a pimple on my jawline. Is a clay mask. When dries up will tighten my face. After using skin feels fresh and clean. Recommended 2-3 times weekly.
Honey Sugar Mask
Very dislike this product. Not because of it has no function, is mainly sticky sweetness. I am worried ants might come..hahaha..so after using, I will wash my basin and practically everything that come in contact with this mask. I have to be extra careful when using to avoid any residue that I may overlook when cleaning. Since it contains brown sugar and honey, naturally smell sweet. For result, well it does deliver. Skin radiant smooth. The smoothness last longer than peeling gel. Do not apply too thick as when it melts down, will be too slimy. Just sufficient enough. Can be applied on either dry or wet face. My face is pimple prone and redness so I use it on wet face. Works for me. Recommended 2-3 times weekly but since is tedious for me, I will only use once a week. It comes in a cute glass bottle along with a sponge and a spatula.
Pomegranate Milky Mask
On the contrary, I love this product. Smell relaxing. Not sticky at all. Skin is moisturized and refreshed. Not tedious to use. Recommended 2-3 times weekly. It comes in a cute glass bottle along with a sponge and a spatula. Since one of the functions is anti-aging/anti-oxidant, in long run is very good to skin.
ClearSpa Complete C-Shape Eye Mask
Love using this along with Rosehip Moisturizing Mask. Good combo and good result. Eyes do not look tired after using this. A very good relieving for tired eyes. Recommended 2-3 times weekly.
Been using above regimen for a week now, pores are less visible, skin texture is silky and radiant, brighten my complexion. Out of so many skincare brands that I have used, this is the only brand works on my skin. Apart from Kiehl's which is another preferred brand of mine. So, temporary will use O'slee. Boost my motivation in using O'slee as it delivers what it stated resulting in me wanting to keep using it to see much better result than now it is.

All About The Luxury Line of Skincare - Kanebo Impress
Like I promised in my previous skincare review blog, that I will blog on my experience on my facial experience with Kanebo Salon. Comparatively with my years ago facial experience with them, this time I had a wonderful facial treatment spa!! Hahaha...Last time, the extraction part was tedious as it was exactly the typical type of squeezing and poking here and there which resulted in me in tears and also with bruised face which I disliked so much so that I stopped going to Kanebo Salon. On the other hand, this time, the extraction part is totally different method than before. It is merely scrapping type of feeling, I do not feel uncomfortable and I do not have bruised face nor red face...I am actually quite impressed with this kind of method and yet leaving my skin real clean from pores. As for popping the pimples (which I always will have 1 or 2 during menses time), of course the poking will trigger some pain feeling but the way the beautician did it was so gentle that did not make me grimacing in pain. Practically, she just squeezed abit and dabbed abit, repeat these procedures a few times until clear out. Well, with this gentle method, once again the pimple area was neither inflamed nor bruised. Conclusion, I can go out after my session unlike last time, I usually would go home straight. The session came with a welcoming hot peach tea and ended with a cup of hot ginger tea :) AAhh...what a relaxing spa like..hehehe...
The treatment came with shoulder massage and facial massage. As for eye treatment, it came with massage on eye areas and finally put on eye masks and an icy cold eye pad over my eye areas. My facial came with 2 masks step - 1st with clay mask, 2nd sheet mask. TA DA....!! After facial, skin is luminious, radiant & glowing...so much clean and refresh!!Love it very much..cannot wait for another month for my next session...lol..
All right, let's move on to my luxury skincare line Impress. Yes, I am using this range currently. Like I mentioned in my last blog, I do not like the feeling of stickiness and oily after feel. Well, the correct way of using Kanebo skincare is by using its' recommended Adhesive Method (you can view it in their website Kanebo.com). Whereby, after applying - use palms to press against the skin - something like patting, just that in a gentler way. Until the greasiness fully absorb into the skin. This way, will not leave skin sticky after feel. Also a good way for blood circulation and skin elasticity. Skin is smooth due to the work of Impress Brightener (which slough away dead skin cells & any left behind impurities), Blanchir Clear Con gives skin 1st layer of moisturizing and also helps on anti-bacterial (usually I have slight red skin, after using this either on cotton or as mask, leave my skin cool and fair and moisturized), Impress Emulsion gives my skin glows and luminous (importantly, it acts as 2nd layer of moisturizing. Pores visibly reduced. Was told, enough moisture level will give skin no redness (dehydrate) and pores will look much more refine as it is plumped up). Honestly speaking, after using Kanebo Impress & Blanchir, my skin indeed hydrately moisturized!! Skin is soft. By following their double cleansing advice, indeed pores are much more clean and less clog and also less blackheads. Anyways, Kanebo's concept is "double cleansed, double moisturized".
So far, it delivers perfectly on me. I love it!! My skin is always dehydrate but so far none delivers except Kiehl's. However, Kanebo is the only 1 that 100% delivers moisture level into my skin. I can leave home without powder on and my skin is not red at all. If happen to be hot or blush does occur, my skin is pinkish. I have thin dermis layer, so no matter what, I will still blush. I do not use daily but sometimes I do use continuously for days before stopping for a day or two. I love this cream as well. It is not oily neither sticky after feel. Best is, it comes with light rose scented. Aaahh, luxury indeed :)
Pricey skincare but worth it if one can afford. I think my skin is much more supple now. Interested readers can give it a try and I hope it does it's miracle on you girls too!! :) All the best!!

My Personal Review of Skincare - Part 7
A bit of here and there..hehe..In a single April month, I have been blogging quite a few blogs..especially on skincare...lol...last week I paid a visit to Kanebo Salon for its' Limited Set - Compact Powder, Skin Mist, Loose Powder for RM208. Apart from that, I was persuaded by the beautician to sign up Mother's Day package..hahaha...for RM831 (if I had not mistaken) entitled full size - Impress Brightener, Impress Lotion, Impress Emulsion, Impress UV Essence, Sheet Mask, 3 Facial Treatments, 2 Eye Treatments. For Skincare items can be mix and match as long as RM831>. Was told Blanchir Clear Conditioner can be used as mask as well as Lotion (so I swapped this with Impress Lotion).
Moving on, many years ago I used Kanebo before. Did not like it as it leaves sticky oily after feel. Breakout. That was when I was still in my tertiary education. Now, I give it a try again. The sticky oily after feel still exist. So I still do not like it. I do love the face powder as it leaves my skin protected and I do not feel anything on. A very good thing to use after my skincare regime since I dislike sticky feel. After putting the powder up, skin no longer oily instead leave velvety skin. Usually, after the powder, I will spray the mist to set and plump up my skin for the day. The mist is refreshing & moisturizing. Is handy to carry around if you have skin sensitivity. Feel itchy or dry, spray on it - will damp and cool the skin. Separately, Blanchir Clear Con as mask, a very good one though. Cooling and moisturizing indeed. I make it a daily mask use..hehehe..The sheet mask from Kanebo - 15pcs - RM25. I also love using it as Lotion - patting using cotton pad. I realized that not to put too much emulsion and UV essence (recommended usage is too much for me, so recently I cut down the volume), then pat lightly after applying can decrease the sticky/oiliness. For now, I use Kanebo skincare in the morning because I have the Lunasol powder to my rescue :), evening and night will be Kiehl's - still my favourite!!
Tomorrow will be going for Kanebo facial. Will comment about it after I try it out. Likewise, many years ago, I did do facial at Kanebo Salon. Cedric's Recent Achievements :) - age 3
My dear boy is getting more and more cute and understanding from the knowledge he learns from school. The best thing a school exists is to educate the next generation well :) Thank you to the teachers and schools for allowing working moms to place their children there while working, at the same time, our children is being educated during the hours we spend earning income :)
Move on, yesterday was feeding my son dinner (he can eat by himself but I choose to feed as it is cleaner and makesure he finishes his meal while it is warm), he kept spitting most of the time. I would not be mad if he spat inside the bowl, however, he spat onto the floor twice. I was starting to burn inside me as he tried to clean the mess up with his paper aeroplane and kept stepping on the oily part unintentionally. The last straw came when he spat for the last time messily, I slapped on his cheek. Of course, he cried but only 1-2 sounds and stopped (I had trained him not to cry anymore by leaving him alone and i walked away. When he stopped crying only then I would attend to him - Hence, he seldom cry when he is with me, even so, only 1-2 sounds then stop) Initially, I had promised him to bring him to Gurney Plaza Mall but upon seeing his favourite Mickey Mouse channel, I changed my decision for him to watch and dinner first, before heading to the mall. So, I thought all the spatting were due to my dishonest promised to him. So, I told him after dinner we would go to the mall but still the same and worst ignored me entirely....
After I cleaned up all the mess, I brought him up to his room. Asked him why he kept spitting just now. I asked him to tell me so that I know what was wrong. He told me he did not want rice. Then I said what do you want then? Noodle? (his favourite is noodle so he lighted up when I mentioned it :)) Porridge? And he replied me he did not want rice, he wanted porridge..:(:(..aawww...I told him I did not intend or want to beat him. But he must tell me what is wrong so that I know and correct it. I asked him whether was it painful, he noded. I kept apologizing to him and told him will cook him porridge tomorrow. I told him it was wrong to simply spit food out messily..even he needs to spit, please do it inside the bowl.
Out of the sudden, he pat me on my arm and made sure we were eye contact with each other before he blurted out very sincerely - "Mummy, sorry"...aaawww....how am i not melt???!! My heart sank immediately and tears dwelled up inside my eyes..Felt so guilty for beating him..We ended up hugging each other and I gave him a sayang kiss and repeated I did not want to beat you but your action was wrong.
Apart from that, he actually quite a good boy and easy to be taken care of. Simply telling him and he will understand and listen to me. Will not manja with me as I am not the type of mom who will over protect my son. Discipline is my key in educating kids eventhough I need to repeat many times and correct him many times..:) I do not tolerate crying so he knows well which he does not do but will do it and manja in front of his grandpa :)
Once he was playing water in the bathroom after I bathe him. I told him I want to bathe and asked him to finish up the bucket of water fast and leave. He is so obedient to the level of after awhile of playing, he chanted "mummy pom pom (means bathe)" several times while fixing his lego pieces then poured out the water in the bucket before putting the bucket back to where it is and went to his room...See, he is such an understanding and obedient boy!!! How can I not be proud of him?? He is my lil angel..my gem..nothing can compare or beat him..He is practically my everything!!
I hope he will grow up each year to be more and more obedient & healthy mummy's boy! :)
He even offered me his last grape...:):)..such adorable boy!! :) He can be selfish at times but after a few coaxing to share his things, he actually will do. I am indeed very very blessed to have him :)

My Personal Review of Skincare - Part 6
I had left out in my Part 5 Skincare Review of being given a sample on Midnight Recovery Concentrate. It is essential oil with some other ingredients to form up the concoction. It comes with a glass bottle with its' droplet. Per application only needs 1-2 drops. The design of the droplet is simple and easy to control the drops. Typical droplet is press and release rubber type but Kiehl's comes up with press button type. With my unstable skin type (if you are new, please read through my previous blogs to learn of my skin type), applying oil on my skin?? Definitely a big NO-NO..I am afraid of taking the risk..anyways, I give it a go and try it :) I did my research on other users' reviews, some with positive results, some dislike it. I came upon one user that mentioned for each application, she encountered white bumps forming so she had stopped using it since after twice trial. As for positive reviews will be wake up with glowing smooth skin. For my case, I experience the later one - wake up with glowing smooth skin plus improvement. My current skin condition is I have some tiny red dots on my left cheek - was told clog just that I need to wait for the pimples to surface and mature and heal. The improvement works on this area - reduce the red dots, for those dots that need to be matured, eventually matured and dried off. Amazingly, it works on each application that is why only few days into this and the area has been greatly recovered from the ugly sight I mentioned above.
KIEHL'S HAUL
Yup, I went back to top up more products from it. Like I said in my last skincare blog, I am currently into Kiehl's facial regime. Very satisfied. So, I went back to get myself - Ultra Facial Cleanser, Ultra Light Daily UV Defense SPF 50 PA+++ & Midnight Recovery Concentrate.
Love the cleanser as it leaves my skin moist and smooth soft texture without stripping my skin. Best is I do not need to double cleanse when I am using UV. This cleanser is sufficient already. Simple & fast :) Most double cleanse or make-up remover need to be used on dry skin but this, works on dampen face and wet hands. Importantly, I feel fresh and clean after wash. Squeeze some out on palm, add water to it and spiral up foam before applying on damp face. If cleansing time getting less foam, try add some water and continue.
Did not get the sample for UV but I invested on it eventhough I still have my Biotherm UV left over. Why?! Because it can prevent sunburn so I read. Is a small tube so I suppose will not last me long. Squeeze out a dollop size, blend with fingers and apply on cheeks first before T-Zone subsequently neck. For my case, I was advised to apply more on my cheeks as these 2 areas are prone to redness. It is indeed light weight without sticky after feel, as for my redness..hhmm...better but I do still have 'em..blek! :) Comparatively, it is not as red as before when I was using other UV brands that promise will do the same. At least Kiehl's UV allows me to look presentable even with some light redness. I suppose once again it lives up to its function stated - prevent sunburn.

Now, I know why many reviews claimed it is most favourite concoction..hehehe..even in Kiehl's customer favourite chart, it is one of the best customers' like. It is use daily night after toner. By using this, I can skip moisturizer. The smell is calmed and relaxing. Indeed makes me sleep well at night and does not give my skin oiliness. I wake up with renewed skin - glowing but not oily. I always use 2 drops on my palm then i blend it with another palm once then I inhale the essential oil smell before lightly pat on my cheeks first then to my T-Zone subsequently to neck. Lightly press a few times to allow well absorption. It actually leaves skin well protected overnight without stripping moisture and no sticky/greasy after feel. I do not feel oily at all on my palms - usually oil will leave on the surface of the skin but not this oil!!
NOTE:- I consulted the consultant about one of the users mention white bumps appearing after using. She said by using this, if one has block lymph node, it will cause breakouts (pimples/acnes) or detox (white bumps). Please keep using. Continue, eventually skin will be healthy. After the detox incident, skin will be flawlessly healthy. Whatever you use after that will not cause any trouble instead skincare will be well absorbed. Skin will be enhanced day after day! This consultant told me she uses this and caused her breakouts on her 2 cheeks with big cystic acnes. Bue she kept using it until now. From what I see her skin now, well, ahem...flawless baby skin!! very healthy and nice with glow..I praised her skin and she thanked me :) I hope I will eventually have her healthy skin :)

By using this, I can skip moisturizer. The smell is calmed and relaxing. Indeed makes me sleep well at night and does not give my skin oiliness. I wake up with renewed skin - glowing but not oily. I always use 2 drops on my palm then i blend it with another palm once then I inhale the essential oil smell before lightly pat on my cheeks first then to my T-Zone subsequently to neck. Lightly press a few times to allow well absorption. It actually leaves skin well protected overnight without stripping moisture and no sticky/greasy after feel. I do not feel oily at all on my palms - usually oil will leave on the surface of the skin but not this oil!!
NOTE:- I consulted the consultant about one of the users mention white bumps appearing after using. She said by using this, if one has block lymph node, it will cause breakouts (pimples/acnes) or detox (white bumps). Please keep using. Continue, eventually skin will be healthy. After the detox incident, skin will be flawlessly healthy. Whatever you use after that will not cause any trouble instead skincare will be well absorbed. Skin will be enhanced day after day! This consultant told me she uses this and caused her breakouts on her 2 cheeks with big cystic acnes. Bue she kept using it until now. From what I see her skin now, well, ahem...flawless baby skin!! very healthy and nice with glow..I praised her skin and she thanked me :) I hope I will eventually have her healthy skin :)

My Personal Review of Skincare - Part 5
Hi Hi..hehe..I know I am a frequent skincare freak or maniac...as every few days, I will change or try new products..I know I know, is not good for my skin too..but I just love using new products and experience new things..maybe I have thin skin whereby, will have fast reaction to the products I use and very fast will stop progressing with the same products I am using. So, there I go again, skincare hunting :)
I have been using rice cooling powder and hazeline cream for sometimes now, is good on my skin in terms of pimples, redness and oiliness control at bay. However, the downside is over times my skin is dry. Pro-long, the dryness is getting uncomfortable. Since, cheapo drugstore products work well for me so I tried Nutox Oxyfusion - astringent, serum, emulsion and night cream. Hoping will give me hydration and avoid oiliness cum breakouts. Yes yes, I know I still have my left over Biotherm skincare..hahaha..well, I just cannot help it on spending on new products and try them out :) Application wise, is very good as it absorbs very quickly and do not leave greasiness. Can see the hydration works but after only a few days not even a week, tiny pimples popping out. There you go again, the whole range wasted down to the rubbish bin or giveaway bag. I know, some people will say I shall continue as sometimes new products will have some reaction and if I continue, will recover and proceed to enhancement. But I am not the type of person who enjoy risk :) as I am blessed with un-pleasureable facial skin for decades. What I want is enhancement.
Next - I hop on to Kiehl's products. I used Kiehl's products before, Ultra Facial Oil-Free range. That time I had acne, redness, oiliness and enlarge pores. Real bad skin. So, when I visited Kiehl's shop, the consultant recommended me this range. However, I did not like it. Yes, it is oil-free based products whereby, easily absorb without greasiness. Anyhow, does not give enough hydration on my skin. Not only does not improve my skin, it makes my skin creates more oil and after half an hour or an hour later, I will have shiny oily face. So this time, my skin condition is alot better, Once again, I visited this shop but consulted different consultant. I told her I do not want the oil-free range anymore and shared my past experience with her. So, this time, she recommended me Calendula Herbal Extract Alcohol Free Toner, Rare Earth Pore Minimizing Lotion, Rare Earth Pore Cleansing Masque, & Midnight Recovery Eye.
I was told the toner has anti-inflame and anti-bacterial function. It is soothing and calming toner. Inside the bottle comes with the flowers. It can be used as daily mask (wet cotton pad with the toner and spread over face). So, she said can help my redness. For enlarged pores, the lotion and masque will help. After applying the lotion, my skin is no longer feel tight from dryness. Can see abit glow. It absorbs pretty quickly and leaves no sticky feeling but does have a thin veil of protection. I do not feel oily and it really shines free and my glasses does not slide down. It controls oil production well. The masque really deep cleansed my pores. I can see all the impurities popping out from my enlarged pores. For the eye cream, using Lancome eye gel for sometimes, it does not function anymore. I have tight eyelids and always feel tired eyes. With Kiehl's eye cream, it works wonder on my first day. Really soothes my eyelids. At least I do not feel as tired and as tight before. So far, I have used above only a day or 2. I am already loving it. My face is fresh and clean and importantly matte with glow instead of dry haggard skin. The beauty consultant said to get back to her after a week for night moisturizer recommendation. In the meantime, try out the above for a week and if I do not complain and it all works well, she will adjust my night regime.
She gave me BB cream, Ultral Facial Cleanser & Clearly Corrective Skin Brightening Exfoliator trial sachets. Her recommendation is BB cream use it on the part that need coverage. Use separate Sunblock then on top of it BB cream. If want to use it alone as all in one, also can but makesure to remove well. The cleanser can be daily use and 3 times a day (I wash 3 times a day so she does not advice me to use exfoliator as my facial wash. Will be too harsh). For now, exfoliator use 1-2 times a week as scrub. People who washes face twice a day, can treat it as cleanser. I have not tried the cleanser and the exfoliator yet. Will commend about it after I have tried out. As for the BB cream, initially I wanted all in one usage. Upon her saying, I tried her way. Use my existing Biotherm UV then on top of it lightly pat on my cheeks ( as these 2 parts are giving me redness upon contact with sun). So far I am loving it once again!!
With correct recommendation, it just falls on the right track with satisfaction. That is why I cannot content myself from sharing this amazing result in my blog. I hope it helps on those people who are alike me :) I will go back to her in the next few days to re-asses my regime :) Good day all!!

Olden Days Tradition Still Lives In This Era - Part 3
Moving on to recent years, what is past, let it be bygone be bygone...hehehe..Before I had my own child, I thought when I have one, my mom will treat my child the same treatment as my nieces and nephews. Alas, not even the next generation of mine gets to change the cycle. She shows obvious dislike and discomfort of having my son around. Is ok and I can accept and tolerate that she shows favouritism over my bros than me. I am already get used to it and like I said, I have forgiven her and accept my blessings instead of moody over petty issues :) But my son is innocent young boy. I hate and heartache whenever she shows un-love and rude-ness towards him.
My mom loves and dots my nieces and nephews in exaggerate ways. She will always use same excuse to tell people why she never gets close or carries my son eventhough she would love to - the mega excuse is because my son scratches her so she is afraid to be near to him. But she never carries or near neither talks nor plays with him when he was a baby. Only helped to carry a few times when he cried non stop for some discomfort. She always dumps him to maid and ignore him entirely. She never leaves behind my nieces or nephews to maid solely. She will dots on them herself only pass to maid when necessary and also with strict guidance when she was not around and she always put her ears up to check on maid and the baby status. With my child, she always knew zero things about him and always refer to maid when i asked about him. Since I have to work, I leave behind my son with maid at my mom's place. I am so disheartened whenever I ask about my son after work, she knows nothing and refer me to maid. Even complains my dad spends more time with my son instead of maid. Whenever my dad gets close to my son, she will crop up with something and get him away from my son. She will show her angry face and temper rise if my dad delays her. There goes again, when this happen, she will lash out on me and my son to show me how unhappy she is that my dad spends time on my son.
Even during confinement, she complains alot and I am not being taken care well so did my son. She will not scold or show her angry face to confinement lady or maid if they are caring my nieces/nephews/sis in laws. She will talk nicely to them and treat them well. However, on me and my son, she always on constant fight & restriction on confinement lady/maid. Within a month, change 2 confinement ladies and the last my maid ran off because of her too. Me alone handling my son is ok. But at times need someone to help me watch over him while i pack or away for awhile. She does not lend a hand. Instead scold him and chase him out of work room after she knocked him down. He hit on marble floor with big bump and a little scratch. Often when dad not around, I have to leave him alone while I am away for awhile. My nieces and nephews come with 2 parents but she will eat early as she said she needs to help carry the young ones so that my bros and sis in laws can prep food to feed the eldest. What about me? Alone? I need to settle myself and my son all by myself as my hubby works late during working days only able to help on weekends. She will single handed-ly do things for my bros and their family. Eg. She always will put a hanky downstairs to convenient them when they come but when I alone, she never thought of helping. I always come home with my son after work/school then I am on a rushing chores till bedtime. I have to tell her next time please help me put a hanky downstairs since I need it when I get back. She told me all the while she never touch on my son's welfare. ???? what kinda mom is this?..I know I sounded absurd why the hassle, everyone can handle alone...I can too just that the house is not child friendly..my mom does not want to make it child friendly..so is abit difficult at times that is why at times need an adult around.
Another eg. last time when my nephew around the age like my son now, always will play with hangers..So she got the maid to move all the hangers upstairs and covered by blanket. Now my son's turn, she has the guts to warn maid and me and my dad not to let him touch the hangers which she still keeps upstairs. Can't she moves away like she did when my nephew was 2 yrs +? Why mine needs to be warned? My dad always like to get my son to call my mom - poh poh - cause my mom ignores him...She will brush him off and tell my dad not to disturb her as she is busy...plus tells my dad rudely not to carry him near her later scratch her...She is on constant argument and speak loudly when my dad is carrying him or caring him. I remembered clearly, last time she spoke very softly and never argue with my dad in front of my nephew. She said not to do such in front of toddler, not good and too loud not good for his eardrum. I guess my son is made up of a doll material..is ok for the eardrum to be cracked or so whatsoever...hahaha..
eg. when she accidentally made my nephew fell while playing circle, she would tell whole world how sorry she is and guilty she is. when she knocked mine down, she just silence and could not be bothered. I am the one who told my dad if not i guess he would not know.
eg. she went to my nephew's school to check out the environment and even spoke to the teachers there. mine, she did not do so even I asked whether she wants to see the environment or not. She said next time and the next time never come. Once, was her slave until lunch time, after lunch I drove her straight to my son's school to pick him up. Unbelievable, she said if she knew I am going to school, she would have asked me to drop her off first before I headed to school. She always gets my dad to fetch my nephew to lighten my bro and sis in law burden instead of rushing to fetch him. She wants my dad to fetch my nephew to her so that she can care and dot on him. Mine?? well needless to say this never happens. Even I share my son's status with her, she just silence and changes topic. If my bros they all share, am pretty sure she goes on and on with the topic...lol..
That is why I am always uphappy and really find it difficult to be nice to her like I used to be. When she sense I am on a bad mood, she will ignore my son even my son is crying out for attention as I place him inside his cot while I am away as no one helps me around. On good days, she will entertain us abit. How ugly she is to us?..
hhmmpp...is ok...because no one is perfect. I rather she mistreats me than God takes away my other blessings :):)...I am a blessed girl so far. I hope my bless can be handed over to my kids :) Now, they need more than I do :) If I am to be blessed with a girl next, I will not bestow what I am suffering all these years. I am a strong anti-chauvinism :) Everyone deserves equal treatment regardless of their background, color, gender, bla bla...
Conclusion, I am so proud of myself that I am fulltime working mom and yet cater to my son's need till bedtime - all single handedly :)
